My wife and I are in our late 70"s and needed a lot of guidance along the way. He exhibited patience and good humor working with us and guiding us through the procedures we needed to complete. He was very knowledgeable and always had our best interests at heart. He responded to our questions almost immediately. We could not have been more impressed with his expertise and helpfulness. Our clients (two daughters) were both able to get a large improvement on their scores to help them qualify with minimal out of pocket. The 17 point boost for one of the sisters is what allowed us to get them approved for the Purchase Plus Program and the grant that comes along with it. Philip even helped our client’s mother (who isn’t on the loan but might have been added) with a personal game plan. She was able to achieve a large credit increase as well.  He was on-top of what needed to happen when it needed to happen, and his internal communication was at the highest level.  Thanks again Q!"

"One evening I came across Rocket Mortgage on YouTube , just out of curiosity I clicked on page and started filling out form for a loan. I continued filling out but stopped. I assume Jacqueline saw my ...One evening I came across Rocket Mortgage on YouTube , just out of curiosity I clicked on page and started filling out form for a loan. I continued filling out but stopped. I assume Jacqueline saw my attempt at filling out the form, she asked if she could help. I thought it was some kind of scam since she asked for my SS # I tried to close but she typed a few words that made me think it wasn’t a scam. As we were communicating with each other via messaging, she told me she can save me $$ since she saw what my financial situation is. As soon as she stated that, I thought how could she know about my financial situation. I realized that she got my information via a Rocket Mortgage customer via my name. Jacqueline worked out what could be paid off and what I could save. I decided to go for it. I have had a great experience with corresponding with Ms Jacqueline throughout my ordeal with my second Rocket Mortgage loan. If I had any problems she would guide me through via text messsge or call. Ms Jacqueline is an awesome benefit for Rocket Mortgage since she’s very knowledgeable of her work. Ms Jacqueline is very friendly and helpful in certain situation. Ms Jacqueline is always in communication with me as the loan is being processed. I consider her a friend after what I went through with this loan. I would definitely recommend her time to others for a mortgage!!"

She explained everything in terms I could understand, made sure that I did not miss any deadlines and would walk me through tasks if I needed her to. "I've been working with Michael Smith Mortgage banker and his Director of Mortgage Michael Zucker for only a few days and in that short period of time they were able to help me with the refinance of my...I've been working with Michael Smith Mortgage banker and his Director of Mortgage Michael Zucker for only a few days and in that short period of time they were able to help me with the refinance of my home mortgage and also get me a better deal than the one from my own mortgage company was trying to get me, and they were working with me for over 4 weeks... The process is easy and Michael Smith is there every step of the way answering any doubts that I may have and helping you get everything rolling so the closing doesn't take that long and I probably will be able to close within the next 2 weeks!! We got approved and it brought so much joy to my fiancé and I! Her professionalism and knowledge when it comes to this process truly made home buying easier than most make it seem. I loved that if I had a question or was unsure of something, she made herself available for me to call whenever I needed. Patience means so much to me and she was so patient especially with my fiancés crazy questions lol! Even after closing, she still reached out to make sure we were doing well and congratulated us on our achievement. You rarely find people like that, who genuinely care.
