Questions answered quickly and with great explanation. She made the process incredibly easy in comparison to other bankers we've worked with over the years. In fact even when Amrit's part was completed and we were to work with other people to finalize details I had reached out to Amrit with question about something and got an immediate response from her giving me understanding of terms and great comfort to proceed with what I was doing. Amazing customer service whether it was through email, phone call, or text. Amrit did it all and we tremendously appreciated her assistance with everything. If you get to choose your mortgage banker I encourage you to ask for Amrit Gill."

I ask him his email address so I can send it to him and the paperwork needed to be in right away for closing. The other agent never return my message, so I went straight to Tanner and he respond back to me right away and finished my paperwork so I could close on time. I truly appreciated everything he did for me and went out of his way to get the job done. Thank You Tanner"

He is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He created a way for me to consolidate two loans into one and realize huge monthly savings. His communication skills are extraordinary. He listens really well and communicates in simple, understandable terms. He proactively shared what the entire process would be and what each next step would be. The process went exactly as he described. Jake's customer service and attention to detail are at the highest level. Rocket Mortgage's client services team is also fantastic, and I believe made better by Jake's leadership. Perhaps most importantly, Jake is a nice person and an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation to our last, I can tell that he is genuinely interested in me as a person, and helping me to get the best possible solution to meet my needs. I have owned six homes in my life and have closed on more that 10 mortgages and refinancing. Most, if not all were a nightmare. Thanks to Jake and his team, this one was an absolute pleasure."

Amir is very smart, patient and professional, he understands what a client's need. He was very helpful, responsive and efficient. It only took less than 4 weeks to schedule the closing. He monitored on the rate and helped me to lock the best interest rate. I am very satisfied with the loan experience, in terms of the service, interest rate and timeline. Indeed, Rocket Mortgage can be proud to have a loan officer like Amir who go extra miles in fulfilling tasks and responsibilities. I will definitely go for Amir if I purchase another house. So I tried several Mortgage companies. Every one told me the same thing, no! I read about Rocket Mortgage, one more try!! I called. Martin Rayis was put on the phone. As we talked I explained my situation, he said he would do everything to get me qualified. And he did. In a few days I was called asking for my personal information, income and such. Soon Martin told me he was certain it was going through. You will never know what that meant to me. Martin Rayis will never know how he helped me. Martin was so kind, always called when he said he would. Treated me with such respect, if there is a hope you need to refinance, or get your first mortgage, CALL MARTIN RAYIS, you will be glad you did!!"

He was non-stop on top of everything that needed to be done and always called back willing to help with any situation that was even outside of what he normally does. To put it bluntly Mitch deserves a raise for how hard he works for Rocket Mortgage. From the very beginning he always helped and gave solutions to fix any issues that arised. If someone from corporate read this, it would be a great loss to your company if he no longer worked there. If I ever work with Rocket Mortgage for a loan again, I will try and instantly request for Mitch. He really was just that good. Anyways thank you Mitch if you're reading this. You've been wonderful and extremely helpful. If we never speak again, I want you to know you helped me out big time. Have a blessed day."

Although she was no longer in the role that could assist with my mortgage needs, she immediately connected me with Tina Tuzzolino, and I’m so grateful she did. Tina was absolutely incredible. She walked me through the entire mortgage process from start to finish and never once made me feel alone in it. I called her a few times in a panic, and every single time she calmed me down, laid out the facts, and gave me clear options. She listens, she cares, and she shows up — she always answers the phone, and if she can’t, she sends a quick text letting me know when she’ll call back. I could genuinely tell she cared about making sure I made it to closing. Long story short: she got me there… AND I DID! 🎉 Tina was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to your success."

"OH Boy. I found a house and now I need a loan. When I called Rocket I was immediately put in touch with Melissa. In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a ...OH Boy. I found a house and now I need a loan. When I called Rocket I was immediately put in touch with Melissa. In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a loan. I called several other loan folks. I'm sure they had successful careers in the used car business, but that approach didn't work for me. This house turned into a nine-way bidding war. She was able to give me not a prequalification, but a preapproval letter. I didn't get this house. It was three months before I found another. In that time, I was bombarded with calls from other lenders. Melissa kept in touch but in a friendly, infrequent and reassuring way. When I found the next house, it was perfect for me. I only called one person, and she got busy. In a matter of days, she had all of the heavy lifting done for this loan. We all know getting a loan is a paper chase. We made a good team and when she needed docs, I got it done right now because I was on a team. It wasn't a demand or order from High On. My loan was a small one. After we would talk, I hoped she would find a rich techie buying a million-dollar house. How could she spend such patient time with me? When I look back at buying this house, my thoughts will not be how I found it, how glad I was to get it, it will be how my friend Melissa pushed this through and got it done. Thank You My Friend."
