I don't like the hidden costs that are tacked on. This should be explained to us. That would be the best way to treat customers. Be 100% transparent with all costs and justify them. No reflection on Ameen. He was great to work with."

From start to closing, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Assi and he made our refinance process pleasant and made us feel extremely secure. Mike Assi was most helpful and he made us feel like a valued customer. He made our refinance experience very simple and the whole process was done online and over the phone. Mike was professional, courteous, and sensitive to our financial concerns. Answers to our questions were clear and concise and conducted in a most professional manner. Also, Mike was tentative to our needs and the whole experience was done in a more than efficient timely manner. We would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and would like to thank Mike Assi again. This gentleman goes above and beyond for his clients. I can start by saying his level of professionalism is impeccable. Follow up outstanding! Checks in with you every step of the way. He explains the process so transparent a baby could understand and that’s just what I needed being a first time home owner. Mr. LeAndre always is very prompt to return calls and address all concerns in real time. There were times when I became anxious through the process and he was there to reassure me that we were in the right track all is going well and explain next steps. Mr LeAndre has great patience and never is too busy to speak with his clients. Mr. LeAndre is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, takes his work very seriously and genuinely cares about the clients he works with. Mr LeAndre ensures that he is on top of all needed paperwork necessary for the process to move forward and gives you time to obtain them. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping his clients succeed. Honestly, I wish I could have worked with him through the entire process. Unfortunately, the way things are structured, he handles the initial portion and then you transition to someone else for closing—but if I had the choice, I would have stuck with Taylor from start to finish without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to work with him, take it. He sets the standard for what great service should look like."
