Jed had a way of giving me a good feeling whenever we would have a call ...Let me start by saying that Jed was probably THE most pleasant person I worked with (4 total) during the loan process. Jed had a way of giving me a good feeling whenever we would have a call together. And although we ended up going with a different lender, the reason was NOT because of Jed. Instead, we ended up going with the same bank that we've had a relationship with since 2005. This loan will be the 3rd loan from them. In case you're wondering, the lender is Bancorp South. Anyway, I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of my friends! The company seems very solid in its interface and how they keep the customer informed."

I decided to try Rocket Mortgage as my banker just because of their fantastic advertisement which states they are " engineered to amaze".... I was entirely blown away by the process! Every single team member who worked with me was knowledgeable, treated me like family, made the entire process exceptionally easy, stress-free and they all made me feel that I was the most important person and that my loan was first and foremost on their agenda!!! Each person went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the loan were covered and that there would be no problems or issues on the day of closing! It was a huge success and I have already begun to tell my friends of the super team of experts at Rocket Mortgage! Derek, Paula, Martin, Siera, Nick .....you guys are awesome!!!! A couple of times when issues arose that required timeframe changes or additional information, I was able to contact him and get a response within a reasonable time. Don't think I'll need to again, BUT....if we do have the need in the future for this again, I'd love to work with Edgar again."

I don't usually write reviews but this is different - Moe Harb went above and beyond to help me. He was so informative about the process and what I could do or not do that would make it easier for me. I give Moe Harb FIVE STARS. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him. I also want to THANK Rocket Mortgage for their streamed-line approach to mortgage loans. What a breadth of fresh air! Thank you Moe!!!"

He made things hassle free. There are only 2 parts of the process that would have been a little more clear 1. the appraisal communication with the appraisal management team 2. the transition from department to department within Rocket Mortgage was quick, but unclear. When the loan was progressing in the stages it would more to new members of the team, there wasn't a "hey this person will take you through the next steps", just more of these are the next steps and later you find out someone else was handling that part. He was very professional and did his part well overall."

"When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was ...When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was leaving the country for a month and really wanted to close before leaving, less than 30 days away. We locked the rate, started the process and he had us signing loan docs 2 days before leaving. Stayed right on top of everything from the beginning to the end. Top notch service and always on the ball, never missed a beat. I also have to say that 1 or 2 times he told me he would "get back to me later today" because he had to attend his child's sporting event. As a parent of grown children that have already flown the coop I had to appreciate his commitment to family. And by the way, he did get back to later that day! I will definitely recommend him and Rocket to family and friends. I'll close by saying I've worked in real estate for 35 years and not very often did I find people on his end of the transaction that handle business so well."
