Jacop fiirst called me ...This is the third time that I have done something with 'Rocket Mortgage that has involved multiple phone conversations. My most recent pho1ne friend is Jacob Montano. Jacop fiirst called me about the lowered interest rates that would be to my favor to refinance. Later in our phone friendship, I was looking at extensive dental bills for my husband and myself. Also, we were considering at buying a new car. I kept telling Jacob to keep calling me back while waiting for the right abount of our potential loan. I, also, had to get over pneumonia which required further delays. I am so glad that Jacob was faithful in keeping in touch and did not think that I was just wasting his time with my delay tactics. Finally, we were successful in acquiring my new loan. Jacob called me to tell me just what was going on and what to expect and what was aactually occurring or needed to be done. I am visually impaired as of eighteen years ago, and I sometimes felt that my questions, comments and actions were quite juvenile on my part. As a retired educator, I appreciated that Jacob never showed impatience or ridicule. I bet that he did not even roll his eyes-- like my husband!! My great sorrow is that my phone friend is no longer in my life. Maybe I'll think of some reasons to call him. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for having such a considerate, compationate and competent employees such as Jacob. Appreciatively Leah-Sharon Avila"

My wife and I are in our late 70"s and needed a lot of guidance along the way. He exhibited patience and good humor working with us and guiding us through the procedures we needed to complete. He was very knowledgeable and always had our best interests at heart. He responded to our questions almost immediately. We could not have been more impressed with his expertise and helpfulness. "I had applied for a equity loan, but my scores weren’t quite where they needed to be to get the APR I could afford, I was introduced to Justin and Right away, he put me at ease. He has a calm demeanor, very pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable. he gave me advice and I’d say within a week and a half my scores were all above 700!! Which put me into a different bracket and a more affordable APR I can’t thank Justin enough. conversation I had with him was pleasant. He always puts you at ease when you speak with him I’m older and not always easy to talk too! Justin listens takes his time to make sure that you understand everything. "What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full ...What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full of “ beans” and I was ready to let him have it with both barrels and he would always say “ when you submit blah blah blah document we should be good”. Every time he said that (around a million to be exact) I would chill out. It was a like a Jedi mind trick. There were more than one occasion when I thought about dropping this cat and going to another company.Then I would call him and he would reassure me he had everything under control and I would tell my wife I would give him more time. It was funny because not one time did he give me the impression that this deal would not go through, and I believed him. And that was funny because I usually don’t trust what people say, but Jordan was a man of his word. I couldn’t understand how he could stay so calm when I was getting flustered with all the bullshiggity I was going through. Again, that dude stayed cool as 3 Fonzies and he got it done and as the result, today I have my retirement home. Jordan is THE MAN! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market of buying a home or refinancing."

Our clients (two daughters) were both able to get a large improvement on their scores to help them qualify with minimal out of pocket. The 17 point boost for one of the sisters is what allowed us to get them approved for the Purchase Plus Program and the grant that comes along with it. Philip even helped our client’s mother (who isn’t on the loan but might have been added) with a personal game plan. She was able to achieve a large credit increase as well.  He was on-top of what needed to happen when it needed to happen, and his internal communication was at the highest level.  Thanks again Q!"

She explained everything in terms I could understand, made sure that I did not miss any deadlines and would walk me through tasks if I needed her to.
