I appreciate the way she has handled the entire refinance process from beginning to the end. Emily's compassion to do the very best job for not only the company but also the client she is working with has shown me several qualities she possesses, her empathetic nature is the one that I will let my family and friends know that Emily should be their to go to person with Rocket Mortgage. "What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full ...What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full of “ beans” and I was ready to let him have it with both barrels and he would always say “ when you submit blah blah blah document we should be good”. Every time he said that (around a million to be exact) I would chill out. It was a like a Jedi mind trick. There were more than one occasion when I thought about dropping this cat and going to another company.Then I would call him and he would reassure me he had everything under control and I would tell my wife I would give him more time. It was funny because not one time did he give me the impression that this deal would not go through, and I believed him. And that was funny because I usually don’t trust what people say, but Jordan was a man of his word. I couldn’t understand how he could stay so calm when I was getting flustered with all the bullshiggity I was going through. Again, that dude stayed cool as 3 Fonzies and he got it done and as the result, today I have my retirement home. Jordan is THE MAN! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market of buying a home or refinancing."

If you want a professional person who enjoys their job and works with integrity and someone who will help break things down and assists all the can for first time home buyers who know nothing. We were able to complete everything that day and she sent it to be processed. We talked to another company before and he seemed unsure of how long it would take and there was so much more to do. Natisha was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really is a people person. She was patient and knew the answers to all our questions and helped us with all the new technology. Her expertise was remarkable. Every employer should demand such brilliance! She is a real accet to her company and us as customers. She made the process so much easier."

Although she was no longer in the role that could assist with my mortgage needs, she immediately connected me with Tina Tuzzolino, and I’m so grateful she did. Tina was absolutely incredible. She walked me through the entire mortgage process from start to finish and never once made me feel alone in it. I called her a few times in a panic, and every single time she calmed me down, laid out the facts, and gave me clear options. She listens, she cares, and she shows up — she always answers the phone, and if she can’t, she sends a quick text letting me know when she’ll call back. I could genuinely tell she cared about making sure I made it to closing. I had lots of questions even after writing down information and I would call or send an email and would get an immediate response which hadn't happened with a previous mortgage company. Heidi walked me through every stage of the mortgage, got me the information, told me where the paperwork was, emailed me a copy when I couldn't find the right form and made this loan easy. One smart loan officer. I recommend she gets a raise. Thank you for all your help."
