He was non-stop on top of everything that needed to be done and always called back willing to help with any situation that was even outside of what he normally does. To put it bluntly Mitch deserves a raise for how hard he works for Rocket Mortgage. From the very beginning he always helped and gave solutions to fix any issues that arised. If someone from corporate read this, it would be a great loss to your company if he no longer worked there. If I ever work with Rocket Mortgage for a loan again, I will try and instantly request for Mitch. He really was just that good. Anyways thank you Mitch if you're reading this. You've been wonderful and extremely helpful. If we never speak again, I want you to know you helped me out big time. Have a blessed day."

My situation was a little out of the norm, Terry took the time to listen and worked the numbers out and laid them out into a plan so that in 9 years I will have the house paid off and I will be free to retire with internal peace knowing that I had a great plan and a backup if I need it. It is so refreshing to see someone take ownership of their job and certainly appear that the joy he gets from his job is the satisfaction that someone has a new place in home ownership be it thru 1st time home buying, 2nd time or refinancing. From our very first conversation, Darryl exemplified what it means to be a true professional in the financial industry. He took the time to listen to our concerns with genuine kindness and empathy. After experiencing significant frustration with Chase Bank regarding our home equity loan application, my husband and I found ourselves in a challenging position. Chase had strung us along for far too long, and their delays left us with pressing time constraints due to an upcoming home project and overseas travel. He always explain things to us in layman's terms very simplistically, making it so much less stressful on our situation, he is very compassionate and responded immediately to every situation that arose. We cannot say enough good things about this individual, if you are lucky enough to have him as your lender in our opinions you have scored big time all the way around! He not only does his job accurately he goes above and beyond. It was wonderful doing business with Mr Jon almost ashame to not continue our adventure, but we have come to the end of our line with each other but we have not regretted one moment! I just hope that you are lucky enough to get this individual to stand on your side because with him you cannot and will not go wrong. Lots of luck.. if we could give him six stars we would!!"
