After 2 months ...Cannot thank Chris enough for his patience and help through this process! We had tried a refinace with the company my mortgage was through previously and they made things so difficult. After 2 months of back and forth and no where near a closing date, I canceled my application with them and did a rocket mortgage inquiry. Chris contacted me the next day and I closed on my new loan within 3 weeks!! He was patient with me being a new mom and was flexible with when I could communicate. Having this refinance to consolidate some of our debt has been a HUGE relief for us and is helping us have a more successful future for our little guy. I know I told you directly, but thank you again Chris. You'll never fully understand the positive impact this has had on our lives"

I had a challenging situation for two big reasons. #1 I had recently gone through a devistating divorce which left my one time credit score of 785 below 700. Patrick worked hard and offered several solutions to not only get approved, but to also avoid paying any PMI. #2 I was buying my new property 'Contingent' on the sale of my existing property. As you can imagine, there were many challenges and deadlines that were very stressful. All of which had to be dealt with promptly and professionally to keep my Contingent Purchase from falling apart. Patrick was more than up to the challenge while keeping me abreast of everything. I was made aware of everything in real time. It so awesome! I have rarely in my life been treated so well. Patrick truly did go above and beyond as he worked my loan, and even got involved with the Closing of my existing property so as to expedite the Closing of my new Dream-come-True property. It was a real pleasure to watch it all come together, as Patrick did not falter on a single item during the complicated process. I not only appreciate Patrick's help in my loan process, i appreciate his excellent people skills. It is no small wonder we've become good friends.Also, he'll be forever welcome at my new place which he played a big role in making happen. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone seeking a loan, or even just advice. He's not just a great Professional, he's a fine young Man that you too will be blessed to have any dealings with. I cant over state what Patrick meant to my property dealings. I dealt with a number of Realtors, Loan Officers, and Office Staff. All of them faltered one or more times. Patrick never did... not once. Even with phone calls that he didn't have to make, to make sure I was good and/or needed anything. I will always be grateful to Patrick. Questions answered quickly and with great explanation. She made the process incredibly easy in comparison to other bankers we've worked with over the years. In fact even when Amrit's part was completed and we were to work with other people to finalize details I had reached out to Amrit with question about something and got an immediate response from her giving me understanding of terms and great comfort to proceed with what I was doing. Amazing customer service whether it was through email, phone call, or text. Amrit did it all and we tremendously appreciated her assistance with everything. If you get to choose your mortgage banker I encourage you to ask for Amrit Gill."

Through the process, Ruben remained professional, informative, friendly, and very easy to talk with. He kept us in the loop and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Ruben scheduled, after office hours, time to go over information as it was the only convenient time for us. After, the banker part was finished, I continued to communicate with Ruben until we closed. We are pleased with how everything went and would request to work closely with Ruben again!"

The other agent never return my message, so I went straight to Tanner and he respond back to me right away and finished my paperwork so I could close on time. He is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He created a way for me to consolidate two loans into one and realize huge monthly savings. His communication skills are extraordinary. He listens really well and communicates in simple, understandable terms. He proactively shared what the entire process would be and what each next step would be. The process went exactly as he described. Jake's customer service and attention to detail are at the highest level. Rocket Mortgage's client services team is also fantastic, and I believe made better by Jake's leadership. Perhaps most importantly, Jake is a nice person and an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation to our last, I can tell that he is genuinely interested in me as a person, and helping me to get the best possible solution to meet my needs. I always felt confident in his desire to help us acquire a home loan and thoroughly respected his guidance. In February, he and I again spoke about the purchase of another home. Although, we did not purchase either home, I knew that if another opportunity presented itself to purchase a home, he would again be the one to contact due to his professionalism, knowledge and desire to help us. Jeremiah would also be who I would refer others to, knowing that he would offer them the same excellent service and expertise as he offered us."
