"I didn't think anything would come of our attempt to secure a mortgage loan so we could stop renting the house we live in and make payments to benefit ourselves and not to just endlessly pay rent or ...I didn't think anything would come of our attempt to secure a mortgage loan so we could stop renting the house we live in and make payments to benefit ourselves and not to just endlessly pay rent or have to move and pay rent elsewhere because the owner was going to sell the property soon . Alex was able to pull it off by overcoming issues and getting past problems. He knows his stuff. He's quite good at what he does. Like I said already , I didn't think we'd get anywhere with securing a mortgage loan . Alex was able to do this for us. I'm very impressed with this man's work ."

I was blessed the day Dimitry picked up that phone. Someone was looking after me! He was kind and assertive. Did not hesitate on several different options that would fit and help make my situation better. He was professional, efficient and above all a pleasure to work with. I could not have dreamed or hoped for a better person or a better outcome for me. The whole process went smoothly, quickly and worked out great. In no time at all (very quickly) we were at closing ....and that was for TWO properties. He was amazing! The team was wonderful and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Dimitry from the bottom of my heart. Blessings on you and your family, for you were truly my Angel. I have already recommended him and Rocket Mortgage to my family members and friends, as well as any repair people that come to my home. They have been GREAT! So this was a scary, and challenging process for her, as well as embarking her home search journey by herself. Shane assisted my client from beginning to end, even at closing : ). He held her hand through this process by educated her on what a loan process look like for her situation, which she appreciated. I can go on and on about the amazing interaction I had dealing with him as a realtor. Shane was very engaging and professional, and a pleasure to work with. And we even opened and closed escrow in 25 days, with an FHA loan!!! Hands done he would be my preferred choice as my lender going forward with any other buyers. God Bless!!"

If she was unable to answer a question, she had the appropriate representative contact us immediately. She knew the status of our refinance every step of the way. Honestly, Mariana provided possibly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. This made the entire process quick, smooth and “painless”. My first contact with Mariana was on March 2nd, and we closed on March 30 (even in the middle of a pandemic)! Kudos to Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage and Amrock Title, but mostly to Mariana for her ability to make us feel like people, not just customers."
