Tiffany was consistently responsive (even after hours a couple of times), and she translated the jargon into plain English so I always knew what was happening and why. She coordinated seamlessly with underwriting and my homeowners insurance, kept the timeline tight, and helped me lock a competitive fixed rate. When a last-minute document request popped up, she handled it immediately and kept everything on track. She also ran side-by-side comparisons so I could see the trade-offs between term length and monthly payment, which made the decision easy. Start to finish, the process was organized, transparent, and remarkably low-stress. As I was dissatisfied with them, I called Rocket Mortgage, who held the mortgage on my former property and spoke with Bill Eldirani. I explained my concerns with him, and he assured me that we can close in two weeks and developed a portal on their website that showed me what I needed to submit. Throughout the whole process, Bill was available to answer any questions I had and to push the application forward. I was so relieved that Bill was a man of his words and we closed on my new property within the two weeks. He was able to get me some additional credits I did not know I was eligible for! Lesson learned: I should have called Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of the process!"

In fact even when Amrit's part was completed and we were to work with other people to finalize details I had reached out to Amrit with question about something and got an immediate response from her giving me understanding of terms and great comfort to proceed with what I was doing. Amazing customer service whether it was through email, phone call, or text. Amrit did it all and we tremendously appreciated her assistance with everything.
