The fact that everything was primarily done online was a little new for me, especially since I hadn’t done anything like this before. But now after I have completed the purchase of my wonderful new home with the help of Mr. Hardy Short and his team members, I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone interested in purchasing a new home. The process was convenient and very easy to navigate. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and very approachable. All of my questions and concerns were handled quickly which eliminated a lot of stress from a home buying experience. I would like to thank Hardy and all the people who worked on getting me into my home!!!"

I have worked extensively on two house purchases with Alan (one took over a year!), there were some stressful situations but, I have not seen Alan even once loose his cool, professionalism, kindness and sincere desire to help. Alan is an outstanding Professional with deep expertise but, most importantly, personal qualities and heart that outshine everything else. Alan has this natural high emotional intelligence that cannot be learned in school, which is very rare, especially in this cut throat business. I decided to try Rocket Mortgage as my banker just because of their fantastic advertisement which states they are " engineered to amaze".... I was entirely blown away by the process! Every single team member who worked with me was knowledgeable, treated me like family, made the entire process exceptionally easy, stress-free and they all made me feel that I was the most important person and that my loan was first and foremost on their agenda!!! Each person went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the loan were covered and that there would be no problems or issues on the day of closing! After 2 months ...Cannot thank Chris enough for his patience and help through this process! We had tried a refinace with the company my mortgage was through previously and they made things so difficult. After 2 months of back and forth and no where near a closing date, I canceled my application with them and did a rocket mortgage inquiry. Chris contacted me the next day and I closed on my new loan within 3 weeks!! He was patient with me being a new mom and was flexible with when I could communicate. Having this refinance to consolidate some of our debt has been a HUGE relief for us and is helping us have a more successful future for our little guy. I know I told you directly, but thank you again Chris. You'll never fully understand the positive impact this has had on our lives"
