He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question. Vance is truly an asset for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and their clients. I feel so fortunate that he answered the phone when I first called. He made the entire process a pleasure!"

The process is easy and Michael Smith is there every step of the way answering any doubts that I may have and helping you get everything rolling so the closing doesn't take that long and I probably will be able to close within the next 2 weeks!! I called Rocket Mortgage and Henry Beydoun picked up the phone. By the end of the day, Henry had our application completed and submitted. I connected with Henry immediately and he is the reason why I went forward with Rocket Mortgage. Henry was very professional, but at the same time very personable and easy to work with. He actually showed genuine concern! Henry and the Rocket Team were very helpful and made the complete process easy and effortless. We were communicated with through each step. Jed had a way of giving me a good feeling whenever we would have a call together. And although we ended up going with a different lender, the reason was NOT because of Jed. Instead, we ended up going with the same bank that we've had a relationship with since 2005. This loan will be the 3rd loan from them. In case you're wondering, the lender is Bancorp South. Anyway, I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of my friends! The company seems very solid in its interface and how they keep the customer informed."

The process from application to closing (5 minutes ago) was easy to follow and Dallas continued to be POC and provide follow-up as needed. His greatest value to me was his efforts to provide loan alternatives and to discuss the pros/cons based on my situation. He provided high value to my decision process and would recommend him to friends and family."
