He always responded quickly, calmly, and kindly, no matter what time or how many questions I had. He walked me through every step, explained things in a way that made sense, and honestly made the entire home-buying process so much less stressful. You can tell he really cares about his clients and wants things to go smoothly for them. If you’re buying a home and want someone patient, professional, and genuinely kind, Brett is your guy. There are only 2 parts of the process that would have been a little more clear...Tyler was great at making sure we knew everything we needed to do and when to expect things. He made things hassle free. There are only 2 parts of the process that would have been a little more clear 1. the appraisal communication with the appraisal management team 2. the transition from department to department within Rocket Mortgage was quick, but unclear. When the loan was progressing in the stages it would more to new members of the team, there wasn't a "hey this person will take you through the next steps", just more of these are the next steps and later you find out someone else was handling that part. He was very professional and did his part well overall."

"G was awesome. The only person that I dealt with through this whole experience that made me feel comfortable and not stressed. I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and ...G was awesome. The only person that I dealt with through this whole experience that made me feel comfortable and not stressed. I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and something told me no way I’m going back to G because he actually cares. G would call just to see how everything was going and if he could help in any way. Yea it was not normal to me because it wasn’t somebody in person I was working with but he did the best job out of anyone and he wasn’t even here! G got me into a loan that I wanted and was comfortable in, everyone else that I tried working with tried pushing me into loans I didn’t want period. Thanks G you were awesome!"

"Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns....Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There were several concerns, however. When we approached this loan, with a home that was free and clear of any debt, we stated the urgency in which the process needed to be concluded. We were purchasing a home through the local sherrif's tax forclosure auction and the terms were 30 days. It was assured to be completed on time. Fast forward 60+ days and the loan was finally going to close after being asked by several people in the company, through tasks on the mobile application or through telephone calls to us, to re-submit supporting documents or to provide clarification on items listed in the inspection that were not only complete, but not necessary due to the inspector's inept abilities to clarify on his report. The overall process not only took longer than the assured time, but we were out the $3200 deposit we put down on the property and the home was demolished by the city and we lost the more than $4,000 we had done in repairs to the property. Again, Nick is wonderful and worked very close with us in the process and also showed frustration on the process."
