I've come to understand there really is no comparison to any other lending institution, and definitely no Loan Officer that works harder for his clients than Ben does. He is passionate and understanding, patient and professional, but his personal touch and willingness to spend as much time as it takes is what really endures him to clients. Every single client I've ever referred to Ben has been handled with the Atmos care and I know when I hand a client off to Ben, they will be well taken care of and they are extremely important, no matter what their purchase price or situation. Clients often remarked to me about how enjoyable he is to speak with and they enjoy his sense of humor! The communication that Ben provides is on the far extreme of great. I feel like I have a solid good partner with Benjamin and I Brearly have the opportunity to work with any other lender because I know that anything that comes my way Ben can handle. he is extremely patient in his understanding and often times I shoot a text to him just to ask a question and he responds to me immediately. It's remarkable that he is available seven days or nights a week and often times buyers comment to me that they feel they were His only client because of the tension he provides . The Rocket way IS Ben's way and I choose Ben every time! Thank you for EVERYTHING!! You are superior to all the others! Looking very forward to closing more transactions in 2025!"

"When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 ...When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He answered all questions we had and as we were passed from one stage to the next Ryan would call, text or email us to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. So now because of Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, I have 3 years less to pay on my loan, no more MPI payment, lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment. Ryan, thank you so much for all that you did for us. Your service, your late night on the phone working with our schedule, and you follow through were amazing! We cannot thank you enough! Great job sir!"

In my older age I find myself frustrated with the way I am talked to by the younger generation but Matt has a very special gift in dealing with people. He knows how and when to follow up, he stays on point and is a outstanding listener. He is professional and personal at the same time. I can go on and on and on. But basically I am what you might call impossible to deal with sometimes. It is extremely rare that any one person could complete a transaction like this with me where as I have no complaints. If I were a big company like you I would round up all your good workers and take them to dinner. What I experienced was pure quality. This employee should be recognized as a valuable asset to the company. I would only suggest to your company pick up the phone and call Matt, tell him he is getting good reviews and thank him for his dedication. Matt should be on the wall like a hall of fame-er.. BTW, Rocket Mortgage application was also so user friend too. It makes us compiling all the required documents easily. I would recommend anyone doing refin or first time buyer for the lowest interest rate ever to call Rocket Mortgage and ask for James. You will NOT be let down, I promised.
