She immediately said, "Let me take a look at some things." She came back and said were are going to work this loan for you, it looks very good. I was amazed. She is professional, courteous, caring, with a great personality. I think she is awesome."

Understand the specifics of what VA requires (e.g. is appraisal required for a refi). From my research I learned this 2. Be careful to not feel you need to “thank a veteran “ more than once. You did that quite a few times that were not necessary. 3. Make sure you get name, address etc. completely accurate the first time. Mailings were generated with incorrect information. 4. Follow up more often. A simple text or email would have been good. Some times a week or more passed without contact. 5. Keep up with online chats, message board Th"

Jeremy was one of many who contacted me based on that partial inquiry and I was impressed with his messages so I called him when I was ready to move forward. He is very personable and has great communication skills. I was set on getting a personal loan that didn't include refinancing my home. However, Jeremy was able to show me the value of refinancing and still achieving the financial goals that I had. He is very prompt at keeping appointments and went out of his way to fit our appointments into my busy schedule. That included evenings, weekends and even a call when he was ill. I've moved to the next phase of the process and have a new contact. However, I know that if I need Jeremy for something he is available to take my call. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to work with Rocket Mortgage. Great job Jeremy! Jeannie L."
