The only person that I dealt with through this whole experience that made me feel comfortable and not stressed. I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and something told me no way I’m going back to G because he actually cares. G would call just to see how everything was going and if he could help in any way. Yea it was not normal to me because it wasn’t somebody in person I was working with but he did the best job out of anyone and he wasn’t even here! G got me into a loan that I wanted and was comfortable in, everyone else that I tried working with tried pushing me into loans I didn’t want period. Thanks G you were awesome!"

After running into several issues early in the process, Jozi stepped in and completely turned everything around. She corrected the mistakes that had been made, explained everything clearly, and immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She never sounded like she was reading from a script or giving me rehearsed answers. She was honest, straightforward, and always kept things real with me, which meant a lot during such an important process. Jozi was incredibly knowledgeable and always made herself available. No matter when I had a question or needed advice, she responded and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt like just another client—I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me succeed and making sure I made the best decisions. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, who will advocate for you, communicate honestly, and go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Jozi enough. He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question. Vance is truly an asset for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and their clients. I feel so fortunate that he answered the phone when I first called. He made the entire process a pleasure!"

"What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full ...What can I say about my man Jordan?! This man is truly an asset to his company! Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full of “ beans” and I was ready to let him have it with both barrels and he would always say “ when you submit blah blah blah document we should be good”. Every time he said that (around a million to be exact) I would chill out. It was a like a Jedi mind trick. There were more than one occasion when I thought about dropping this cat and going to another company.Then I would call him and he would reassure me he had everything under control and I would tell my wife I would give him more time. It was funny because not one time did he give me the impression that this deal would not go through, and I believed him. And that was funny because I usually don’t trust what people say, but Jordan was a man of his word. I couldn’t understand how he could stay so calm when I was getting flustered with all the bullshiggity I was going through. Again, that dude stayed cool as 3 Fonzies and he got it done and as the result, today I have my retirement home. Jordan is THE MAN! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market of buying a home or refinancing."

We were able to complete everything that day and she sent it to be processed. We talked to another company before and he seemed unsure of how long it would take and there was so much more to do. Natisha was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really is a people person. She was patient and knew the answers to all our questions and helped us with all the new technology. Her expertise was remarkable. Every employer should demand such brilliance! She is a real accet to her company and us as customers. She made the process so much easier."
