Shane was super responsive to any and all of our many questions and concerns regarding the purchase of our new property. I will use Shane and Rocket Mortgage anytime I am looking to purchase another property and have highly recommended him to anyone who asks about getting a mortgage. My wife is on disability so we are a one income household. Even with those issues Alex was able to get me a mortgage that worked and he helped make our dream come true. We were in a time crunch of needing to get out of where we were previously living rapidly and Alex worked incredibly hard to make sure we made the deadline. Can not recommend him enough"

We were advised...We absolutely enjoyed working with Alex DeVries at Rocket Mortgage. He was super quick, extremely responsiveness, looked out for our best interests and possessed a lovely personality. We were advised by our builder that partnering with an outside lender may lead to delayed closing due to non-responsive feedback, but Alex did not disappoint. Even at 10pm, Alex was on the phone collecting our information to process our pre-approval for the offer. He immediately followed up with necessary requirements for completing the mortgage application. Whenever we had a question, Alex responded within MINUTES by email or phone. His work ethic is remarkable! Alex was also vigilant to protect our interests. Imagine our surprise when he called to state he was monitoring interest rates and was able to get us a rate that was lower! It might not seem like much but over the life of the loan, that really adds up. We were extremely impressed that he listened to us and looked out for our interests. Moreover, when deliberating mortgage options, he was brutally honest about which options would and would not work for us AND backed up his suggestions with detail payment information and amortization schedules. Ultimately we made the decision that best fit our situation but Alex was helpful in making that decision seamless. We absolutely recommend Alex DeVries at Rocket Mortgage. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive! "

He was able to be reach and kept be up to date in the process of completing the refinance process. He went over and beyond especially with M V Realty and how they mislead me in using them as my realtor if I ever decided to sale my house and they even put a lend on my house. Made me think twice and very caution in the future of realtor companies. The quick scheme they use and quick money they offered. I'm thinking give them a chance if I ever decide to sell my home and the representative, they sent was so nice and she couldn't be reach after I heard they had a lend on my house. Especially when i never heard of M V Realtor company, so heads up to everybody be careful who you put your trust in especially when it comes to selling your home. They took advantage of me and please read documents careful before signing them and because they seem so genuine. But Matt was the man that kept me in the loop and again he went over and beyond especially when M V Realtor company couldn't be reach by phone. It was so stressful dealing with M V Realty. So i recommend Matt to everyone. Thanks again Matt"

"Odeh has been one of the most Professional, Helpful, and Insightful people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, he made the process of getting a mortgage quick and easy, I was incredibly ...Odeh has been one of the most Professional, Helpful, and Insightful people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, he made the process of getting a mortgage quick and easy, I was incredibly stressed about getting a mortgage and all of the paperwork involved, but from the moment Odeh started helping me he contacted me, told me a bit about who he was and made the whole process comfortable, he has an amazing go get em attitude and is incredibly personable, I actually got cold feet on getting a mortgage because I was stressed by Odeh went to bat for me and helped me with every single question I had, any roadblocks that came up he quickly and efficiently dismantled them, my finances felt like they were a bit of a mess and he made them easy to understand and manage. I would rate him higher if possible, I have nothing but positive things to say about odeh and I hope to work with him more in the future, He went above and beyond and made himself available even after hours and was absolutely wonderful, anyone who is looking into getting a mortgage I would 1,000% recommend Odeh to you, he is simply amazing at his job"
