I’m not an easy customer — I was super needy and would text in a panic whenever I worried about something in the mortgage process 😅. Brett never made me feel like a bother. He always responded quickly, calmly, and kindly, no matter what time or how many questions I had. He walked me through every step, explained things in a way that made sense, and honestly made the entire home-buying process so much less stressful. You can tell he really cares about his clients and wants things to go smoothly for them. If you’re buying a home and want someone patient, professional, and genuinely kind, Brett is your guy. I’m so grateful he was my loan officer — he made what could’ve been a nerve-wracking process actually feel easy!"

He made things hassle free. There are only 2 parts of the process that would have been a little more clear 1. the appraisal communication with the appraisal management team 2. the transition from department to department within Rocket Mortgage was quick, but unclear. When the loan was progressing in the stages it would more to new members of the team, there wasn't a "hey this person will take you through the next steps", just more of these are the next steps and later you find out someone else was handling that part. He was very professional and did his part well overall."

Prior to reaching out to Ashley I had been working with another banker for over two months and getting information was painful. Within 24 hours Ashley was able to provide me with a substantially better estimate and got the ball rolling almost immediately. She actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with three options that could work for my family. Ashley was always available to take my calls and would call me back almost immediately if I had to leave a message. I've been through a couple of closings and none of them have gone as smoothly as this one. Two and a half weeks after first speaking with Ashley and everything has been submitted and approved. Did I mention that I am also paying substantially less in fees and MI then what was quoted to me by other lenders? Thank you Ashley for caring about me and my family! We can't wait to move into our new home."

When property ...This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the intereset rate and put a bit more money down to keep me under contract. It worked perfectly and I ended up going back down to 3%. So I ended up with the same down payment and an interest rate 1.25% lower!! Really good work. She treated the home like it was her dream home, and did everything possible to get me into it. Forever grateful to her and her team!!"

I've come to understand there really is no comparison to any other lending institution, and definitely no Loan Officer that works harder for his clients than Ben does. He is passionate and understanding, patient and professional, but his personal touch and willingness to spend as much time as it takes is what really endures him to clients. Every single client I've ever referred to Ben has been handled with the Atmos care and I know when I hand a client off to Ben, they will be well taken care of and they are extremely important, no matter what their purchase price or situation. Clients often remarked to me about how enjoyable he is to speak with and they enjoy his sense of humor! The communication that Ben provides is on the far extreme of great. I feel like I have a solid good partner with Benjamin and I Brearly have the opportunity to work with any other lender because I know that anything that comes my way Ben can handle. he is extremely patient in his understanding and often times I shoot a text to him just to ask a question and he responds to me immediately. It's remarkable that he is available seven days or nights a week and often times buyers comment to me that they feel they were His only client because of the tension he provides . The process is easy and Michael Smith is there every step of the way answering any doubts that I may have and helping you get everything rolling so the closing doesn't take that long and I probably will be able to close within the next 2 weeks!! We originally were going with a different lender, but Josh was able to save us more money so we switched at the last minute and because we'd rather work with someone more attentive and personable. The process was beyond smooth, fast and efficient. He's also one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable agent we've ever worked with.
