He worked with me thru all of the houses I looked at put bids on in total it was almost 2 years I am so very thankful for Bryan I now am in the house that I absolutely love and so much needed at this point in my life."

Patrick went over and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns, and I actually could see that he took pride in his job, and cared about his clients!! I’m not one for discussing life choices over the phone, but with Patrick, I was able to open up to him, and get EVERY SINGLE answer that I needed to hear, good or bad on my part. Thank you, Patrick for taking the time to help me & my husband, that way we can work on the best future for our kids. But, mostly for your GREAT customer service assistance!!! The manner in which he facilitates his deals is without question a very positive experience, and I must submit took me by some surprise. I/we were very happy with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Very Happy! I took a flyer with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as I was not convinced it was a safe, reliable path for such home mortgage transaction. From the moment I shared my disbelief and concerns Michael began to put my issues to bed and at ease, and delivered a excellent experience. Michaels demeaner is equally satisfying as his follow through and follow up. I would recommend Michael to anyone to obtain a home mortgage to receive First Class attention, technical guidance, financial understanding and trust in this large infrequent personal business transaction. Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business. When property ...This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the intereset rate and put a bit more money down to keep me under contract. It worked perfectly and I ended up going back down to 3%. So I ended up with the same down payment and an interest rate 1.25% lower!! Really good work. She treated the home like it was her dream home, and did everything possible to get me into it. Forever grateful to her and her team!!"

I continued filling out but stopped. I assume Jacqueline saw my attempt at filling out the form, she asked if she could help. I thought it was some kind of scam since she asked for my SS # I tried to close but she typed a few words that made me think it wasn’t a scam. As we were communicating with each other via messaging, she told me she can save me $$ since she saw what my financial situation is. As soon as she stated that, I thought how could she know about my financial situation. I realized that she got my information via a Rocket Mortgage customer via my name. Jacqueline worked out what could be paid off and what I could save. I decided to go for it. I have had a great experience with corresponding with Ms Jacqueline throughout my ordeal with my second Rocket Mortgage loan. If I had any problems she would guide me through via text messsge or call. Ms Jacqueline is an awesome benefit for Rocket Mortgage since she’s very knowledgeable of her work. Ms Jacqueline is very friendly and helpful in certain situation. Ms Jacqueline is always in communication with me as the loan is being processed. I consider her a friend after what I went through with this loan. I would definitely recommend her time to others for a mortgage!!"

I asked her call me back so she could talk to both my wife and I, and when the call came it was a SLAM DUNK for me and wife. Mind you during all these COVID times, Christine hustled to get the ball rolling and did everything on her end to get the job done. She was very patient with me understanding that I had to let things soak in a little. She let the rest of her team do their job and checked in on things as to keep things flowing.. great job!!!!"

The fact that everything was primarily done online was a little new for me, especially since I hadn’t done anything like this before. But now after I have completed the purchase of my wonderful new home with the help of Mr. Hardy Short and his team members, I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone interested in purchasing a new home. The process was convenient and very easy to navigate. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and very approachable. All of my questions and concerns were handled quickly which eliminated a lot of stress from a home buying experience.
