He setup my approval letter, communicated with my Seattle Redfin agent and my Maryland Redfin agent. He kept me informed with all the requirement tasks that I needed to do and helped me get the most of my situation. It was the smoothest Real Estate experience with Rocket Mortgage, Redfin, and Rocket Close. Sam made sure that I was not missing any deadline. He made me feel that everything needed was proceeding confidently. It only took 15 days from the selling of my house in Seattle to the buying of my house in Maryland. Jenna was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I was able to get enough money to pay off all my credit card debt and it only increased my Mortgage payment by $150.00 a month! I have bought and sold many homes and this by far was the best and easiest one yet! I didn't have to leave my home once! Everything was dine on my computer, even the closing! I called Rocket Mortgage and Henry Beydoun picked up the phone. By the end of the day, Henry had our application completed and submitted. I connected with Henry immediately and he is the reason why I went forward with Rocket Mortgage. Henry was very professional, but at the same time very personable and easy to work with. He actually showed genuine concern! Henry and the Rocket Team were very helpful and made the complete process easy and effortless. We were communicated with through each step. I was blessed the day Dimitry picked up that phone. Someone was looking after me! He was kind and assertive. Did not hesitate on several different options that would fit and help make my situation better. He was professional, efficient and above all a pleasure to work with. I could not have dreamed or hoped for a better person or a better outcome for me. The whole process went smoothly, quickly and worked out great. In no time at all (very quickly) we were at closing ....and that was for TWO properties. He was amazing! The team was wonderful and I am eternally grateful. In my older age I find myself frustrated with the way I am talked to by the younger generation but Matt has a very special gift in dealing with people. He knows how and when to follow up, he stays on point and is a outstanding listener. He is professional and personal at the same time. I can go on and on and on. But basically I am what you might call impossible to deal with sometimes. It is extremely rare that any one person could complete a transaction like this with me where as I have no complaints. If I were a big company like you I would round up all your good workers and take them to dinner. What I experienced was pure quality. This employee should be recognized as a valuable asset to the company. I would only suggest to your company pick up the phone and call Matt, tell him he is getting good reviews and thank him for his dedication. Matt should be on the wall like a hall of fame-er.. As a veteran, I can truly appreciate both her attention to detail and her dedication to every task. Nikki doesn't let things go, she follows through and she follows up always! She catches things others would miss, right down to a pause in a conversation that signals I'm a little lost! Never not once did I feel like I was holding her up, she never rushed or pressured me in anything. At the same time, there was never a moments hesitation in either answering a question or stating she would find out about an answer and let me know. She genuinely cares about her customers, she listens! She goes above and beyond to see that everything is handled correctly. The best part is that she does all of that with joy and energy and a 'let's get it done' attitude that could motivate anyone! This whole first time buying a home thing was a bit daunting at times, Nikki eased that by being confident in the process! She assured me that rocket would have my back, and she did your company proud by standing by that statement at every turn. She works as hard as any soldier and she takes pride in what she does!
