I though he did an outstanding job at listening to my initial request and spending crucial upfront time to ensure that we were heading in the right direction before we dove into the particulars. By attacking my refinance in this manner, my financial goals and objectives were achieved because they were built into the loan design. He also smoothly transitioned my refinance to others within the Rocket Mortgage organization to ensure timely and accurate closure at the interest rates initially quoted."

We had a few difficulties selling our home. When our closing was delayed, perspective buyers backed out, and finances had to be recalculated he did it without complaint. After the initial setup of the loan Quinn stayed by our side to help us in any way he could. He went far above and beyond!! I would 100% recommend Quinn to any of my family and friends."

Prior to reaching out to Ashley I had been working with another banker for over two months and getting information was painful. Within 24 hours Ashley was able to provide me with a substantially better estimate and got the ball rolling almost immediately. She actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with three options that could work for my family. Ashley was always available to take my calls and would call me back almost immediately if I had to leave a message. I've been through a couple of closings and none of them have gone as smoothly as this one. Two and a half weeks after first speaking with Ashley and everything has been submitted and approved. Did I mention that I am also paying substantially less in fees and MI then what was quoted to me by other lenders? Thank you Ashley for caring about me and my family! We can't wait to move into our new home."

I had not found a product that met my needs and that I was comfortable with. David contacted me and came up with a few different solutions that had not been offered by others I had been in contact with. One of the solutions David offered met my particular needs perfectly. During the entire process of applying through approval of the mortgage loan, David was helpful, professional and readily available if I had any questions. Easiest home mortgage process I have ever been involved in."
