In my older age I find myself frustrated with the way I am talked to by the younger generation but Matt has a very special gift in dealing with people. He knows how and when to follow up, he stays on point and is a outstanding listener. He is professional and personal at the same time. I can go on and on and on. But basically I am what you might call impossible to deal with sometimes. It is extremely rare that any one person could complete a transaction like this with me where as I have no complaints. If I were a big company like you I would round up all your good workers and take them to dinner. What I experienced was pure quality. This employee should be recognized as a valuable asset to the company. I would only suggest to your company pick up the phone and call Matt, tell him he is getting good reviews and thank him for his dedication. Matt should be on the wall like a hall of fame-er..
