Matthew called me back, before I had the chance to reinitiate with him, when we could proceed with the refi. I have passed along our experience working with Matthew and haved recommended several of our friends to contact him, when they're ready to refi or purchase. GREAT JOB MATTHEW!!!"

I have worked extensively on two house purchases with Alan (one took over a year!), there were some stressful situations but, I have not seen Alan even once loose his cool, professionalism, kindness and sincere desire to help. Alan is an outstanding Professional with deep expertise but, most importantly, personal qualities and heart that outshine everything else. Alan has this natural high emotional intelligence that cannot be learned in school, which is very rare, especially in this cut throat business. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I ...Julia was extremely helpful! She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. Julia obtained a FHA mortgage with the exact same information. The only downside to the entire deal was that my credit was checked within 2 weeks since the first deal and a second appraisal. Thanks to Julia and her knowledge and experience, I am very happy!"

I learned how the process work ...Michael made it easy for us to choose Rocket Mortgage. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never sounded annoyed by my Questions like other mortgage companies. I learned how the process work to refinance along the way. He texted and emailed quickly in response to my questions. He picked up the phone when email or text wasn’t going to be an easy method to understand the answers. Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. If you plan to refinance, Michael at Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. Thank you Michael!"
