Unfortunately I went through several representatives of Rocket Mortgage before Matthew. A lot of information was lost in the process and I had to submit duplicate copies of several documents. I was promised a rate that I didn't get, but I am satisfied with the rate that I got. My suggestion would be to allow one representative to start and complete the process. Overall I'm very satisfied."
