"I can't say enough good things about Silvano!! He bent over backwards to help us get refinance. He bent over backwards to help us get refinance. There were a couple of issues that kept holding us back but it didn't have anything to do with Silvano or us. Silvano went above and beyond to get the 2 issues taken care of. HE DID IT!!!! Lol we close on Mon 19th!!!! Silvano is very professional knowledgeable very patient funny great sense of humor and he will hold your hand and guide you through the whole process. My experience with Leah just so happened to be my first time buying a house. She took the reins on every hurdle we hit, kept me updated from start to close, and somehow has a way to make you feel so comfortable during such a stressful situation. Leah and I formed such an amazing friendship and got to know so much about each other during my home buying process that when my brother and sister-in-law were looking for a house I did not hesitate on sending them Leah’s way. Leah is always just one call or text away with the answer to your question. She reassures you and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. Her customer service is top tier. When I was transferred to underwriting, I was assigned a loan care specialist who was kind of the opposite of Leah two weeks go by and I don’t hear anything about where my loan is sitting, no updates, no emails so I emailed my loan care specialist to ask where we were with the process and I was told that we were waiting on the county I live in to convert the property from personal property to real estate (which if my loan care specialist and the closing agency had communicated with Leah and myself that would have been taken care of 2 weeks prior). I then was told that they were not going to covert it to real estate so I was made out to feel as if they were giving up on me so I texted Leah. As soon as she got my message at noon time she texted me back with updates as to who she was contacting and the information she needed. By 5:45 the same day Leah had everything figured out and they agreed to convert the property to Real Estate. When she called me with the news emotions were high on both ends. She truly fought for my family as if we were her own. If you are looking for someone who is truly going to fight for you Leah is the one for you!"
