So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process. They did everything perfect in my opinion and Jose and his team are a perfect example of what all mortgage loan providers should strive to be. Supremely recommended! "

With ...From my first contact with Zachary I knew he wanted me to have every chance to get my new home. A quick look at reviews sent me to The Rocket Mortgage website and a personal call soon followed. With interest rates low I was able to afford more than I had originally planned and the increase was quickly updated on pre-approval letter. Throughout the process Zachary keep in contact with my realtor and me. Through texts and phone calls he stayed in contact. Even after a loan specialist was assigned I would get encouraging texts and his observances of how the process was progressing. Zachary was a pleasure to deal with, no pushy but reassuring and I felt he wanted the best for me. Not knowing how interest rates would go, I chose to lock in my rate and he took care of that pronto. Up to and after closing he was in contact always telling me I had any concerns to call: and I did. If there is a way to choose Zachary in your loan process, I advise you to do just that."

Our rate was the lowest as promised for our excellent credit and the whole process flowed easily.
