When he said the approval would only take 20 minutes - it actually took about 10 minutes. The whole process of refinancing was made clear and was done painlessly in one evening. Our rate was the lowest as promised for our excellent credit and the whole process flowed easily. Through the process, Ruben remained professional, informative, friendly, and very easy to talk with. He kept us in the loop and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Ruben scheduled, after office hours, time to go over information as it was the only convenient time for us. After, the banker part was finished, I continued to communicate with Ruben until we closed. We are pleased with how everything went and would request to work closely with Ruben again!"

I had not found a product that ...When the mortgage loan rates dropped, I began shopping for a refinance for my home loan. I had made contact with a few mortgage companies, including Rocket Mortgage. I had not found a product that met my needs and that I was comfortable with. David contacted me and came up with a few different solutions that had not been offered by others I had been in contact with. One of the solutions David offered met my particular needs perfectly. During the entire process of applying through approval of the mortgage loan, David was helpful, professional and readily available if I had any questions. Easiest home mortgage process I have ever been involved in."

My experience with Leah just so happened to be my first time buying a house. She took the reins on every hurdle we hit, kept me updated from start to close, and somehow has a way to make you feel so comfortable during such a stressful situation. Leah and I formed such an amazing friendship and got to know so much about each other during my home buying process that when my brother and sister-in-law were looking for a house I did not hesitate on sending them Leah’s way. Leah is always just one call or text away with the answer to your question. She reassures you and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. Her customer service is top tier. When I was transferred to underwriting, I was assigned a loan care specialist who was kind of the opposite of Leah two weeks go by and I don’t hear anything about where my loan is sitting, no updates, no emails so I emailed my loan care specialist to ask where we were with the process and I was told that we were waiting on the county I live in to convert the property from personal property to real estate (which if my loan care specialist and the closing agency had communicated with Leah and myself that would have been taken care of 2 weeks prior). I then was told that they were not going to covert it to real estate so I was made out to feel as if they were giving up on me so I texted Leah. As soon as she got my message at noon time she texted me back with updates as to who she was contacting and the information she needed. By 5:45 the same day Leah had everything figured out and they agreed to convert the property to Real Estate. When she called me with the news emotions were high on both ends. She truly fought for my family as if we were her own. If you are looking for someone who is truly going to fight for you Leah is the one for you!"

Very Happy! I took a flyer with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as I was not convinced it was a safe, reliable path for such home mortgage transaction. From the moment I shared my disbelief and concerns Michael began to put my issues to bed and at ease, and delivered a excellent experience. Michaels demeaner is equally satisfying as his follow through and follow up. I would recommend Michael to anyone to obtain a home mortgage to receive First Class attention, technical guidance, financial understanding and trust in this large infrequent personal business transaction. Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business.
