Jacop fiirst called me ...This is the third time that I have done something with 'Rocket Mortgage that has involved multiple phone conversations. My most recent pho1ne friend is Jacob Montano. Jacop fiirst called me about the lowered interest rates that would be to my favor to refinance. Later in our phone friendship, I was looking at extensive dental bills for my husband and myself. Also, we were considering at buying a new car. I kept telling Jacob to keep calling me back while waiting for the right abount of our potential loan. I, also, had to get over pneumonia which required further delays. I am so glad that Jacob was faithful in keeping in touch and did not think that I was just wasting his time with my delay tactics. Finally, we were successful in acquiring my new loan. Jacob called me to tell me just what was going on and what to expect and what was aactually occurring or needed to be done. I am visually impaired as of eighteen years ago, and I sometimes felt that my questions, comments and actions were quite juvenile on my part. As a retired educator, I appreciated that Jacob never showed impatience or ridicule. I bet that he did not even roll his eyes-- like my husband!! My great sorrow is that my phone friend is no longer in my life. Maybe I'll think of some reasons to call him. I only wish I could have had Jason through the entire refinancing process not that the other specialists were not as good but because I could tell he genuinely cares about his customer and he was willing to go above and beyond the normal scope of his job to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure that when it was time to pass me off to the next Rocket Mortgage specialist that I knew exactly what was going to take place so I knew what to expect next after my time with him was completed. He has a calm demeanor, very pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable. he gave me advice and I’d say within a week and a half my scores were all above 700!! Which put me into a different bracket and a more affordable APR I can’t thank Justin enough. conversation I had with him was pleasant. He always puts you at ease when you speak with him I’m older and not always easy to talk too! Justin listens takes his time to make sure that you understand everything. So I tried several Mortgage companies. Every one told me the same thing, no! I read about Rocket Mortgage, one more try!! I called. Martin Rayis was put on the phone. As we talked I explained my situation, he said he would do everything to get me qualified. And he did. In a few days I was called asking for my personal information, income and such. Soon Martin told me he was certain it was going through. You will never know what that meant to me. Martin Rayis will never know how he helped me. Martin was so kind, always called when he said he would. Treated me with such respect, if there is a hope you need to refinance, or get your first mortgage, CALL MARTIN RAYIS, you will be glad you did!!"

I asked her call me back so she could talk to both my wife and I, and when the call came it was a SLAM DUNK for me and wife. Mind you during all these COVID times, Christine hustled to get the ball rolling and did everything on her end to get the job done. She was very patient with me understanding that I had to let things soak in a little. She let the rest of her team do their job and checked in on things as to keep things flowing.. great job!!!!"
