"When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was ...When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was leaving the country for a month and really wanted to close before leaving, less than 30 days away. We locked the rate, started the process and he had us signing loan docs 2 days before leaving. Stayed right on top of everything from the beginning to the end. Top notch service and always on the ball, never missed a beat. I also have to say that 1 or 2 times he told me he would "get back to me later today" because he had to attend his child's sporting event. As a parent of grown children that have already flown the coop I had to appreciate his commitment to family. And by the way, he did get back to later that day! I will definitely recommend him and Rocket to family and friends. I'll close by saying I've worked in real estate for 35 years and not very often did I find people on his end of the transaction that handle business so well."

I've come to understand there really is no comparison to any other lending institution, and definitely no Loan Officer that works harder for his clients than Ben does. He is passionate and understanding, patient and professional, but his personal touch and willingness to spend as much time as it takes is what really endures him to clients. Every single client I've ever referred to Ben has been handled with the Atmos care and I know when I hand a client off to Ben, they will be well taken care of and they are extremely important, no matter what their purchase price or situation. Clients often remarked to me about how enjoyable he is to speak with and they enjoy his sense of humor! The communication that Ben provides is on the far extreme of great. I feel like I have a solid good partner with Benjamin and I Brearly have the opportunity to work with any other lender because I know that anything that comes my way Ben can handle. he is extremely patient in his understanding and often times I shoot a text to him just to ask a question and he responds to me immediately. It's remarkable that he is available seven days or nights a week and often times buyers comment to me that they feel they were His only client because of the tension he provides . We originally were going with a different lender, but Josh was able to save us more money so we switched at the last minute and because we'd rather work with someone more attentive and personable. The process was beyond smooth, fast and efficient. He's also one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable agent we've ever worked with. Thank for making this home buying experience beyond memorable. If you're buying a home, hope you get Josh! It will make all the difference in your home buying experience."
