This was not the case this time around. I am so glad I waited and was able to be connected with Phillip. During this 45 day period Lauren responded to my emails immediately - even at 9pm. She was professional, informative, and up-beat every time. She followed my loan, always knew who I was and where I was in the process and got answers to my various questions from others at Rocket and got right back to me. If you are considering Rocket, who wouldn’t, ask for Lauren Lee."
