I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and something told me no way I’m going back to G because he actually cares. G would call just to see how everything was going and if he could help in any way. Yea it was not normal to me because it wasn’t somebody in person I was working with but he did the best job out of anyone and he wasn’t even here! G got me into a loan that I wanted and was comfortable in, everyone else that I tried working with tried pushing me into loans I didn’t want period. Thanks G you were awesome!"

After running into several issues early in the process, Jozi stepped in and completely turned everything around. She corrected the mistakes that had been made, explained everything clearly, and immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She never sounded like she was reading from a script or giving me rehearsed answers. She was honest, straightforward, and always kept things real with me, which meant a lot during such an important process. Jozi was incredibly knowledgeable and always made herself available. No matter when I had a question or needed advice, she responded and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt like just another client—I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me succeed and making sure I made the best decisions. He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question. Vance is truly an asset for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and their clients. We were able to complete everything that day and she sent it to be processed. We talked to another company before and he seemed unsure of how long it would take and there was so much more to do. Natisha was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really is a people person. She was patient and knew the answers to all our questions and helped us with all the new technology. Her expertise was remarkable. Every employer should demand such brilliance! She is a real accet to her company and us as customers. She made the process so much easier."

From my first conversation with her, I could tell she was a very personable and relatable person and wanted my best interest at hand. Throughout our weekly conversations and text messages, it felt like I've known her for years. But here's the most awesome part. A house came up on the market shortly after we were preapproved and it checked 4 out of 5 boxes for us in what we were looking for in a home. The first day of the open house drew over 18 families alone and the sellers had multiple offers before even having the open house. So, we knew going in, we weren't going to go in with the highest offer and we also weren't the strongest buyers. I had told Azrael the night we submitted our offer, that we had already emotionally and mentally moved on because we knew offer wouldn't get accepted. However, Azreal had been working strategically behind the scenes with my agent as well as the sellers agent in getting this deal closed for us. 24 hours later, she broke the news that our offer had been accepted! We were in shock and still are. Even during escrow, she'd reach out to me weekly to check in on me. We know this deal wouldn't have happened if we didn't have her on our side and are so grateful she was the one who took my call when I called Rocket Mortgage. She has a lifetime client and I will be referring all my family and friends to her. Thanks again Azreal, Kelly and I are forever grateful to have you on our team in making our dream come true!"

Jed had a way of giving me a good feeling whenever we would have a call together. And although we ended up going with a different lender, the reason was NOT because of Jed. Instead, we ended up going with the same bank that we've had a relationship with since 2005. This loan will be the 3rd loan from them. In case you're wondering, the lender is Bancorp South. Anyway, I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of my friends! The company seems very solid in its interface and how they keep the customer informed."
