From the very beginning, James was quick to respond, always available for updates, and lightning-fast in getting us a lender letter when we needed it. He not only kept me in the loop every step of the way, but also proactively reached out to the listing agent—a rare and impressive touch! The listing broker even told me that one of the deciding factors in choosing our offer (over four others!) was James’s outstanding communication and confidence in the loan process. He and his team closed the loan in under 17 days—which is practically superhero speed in today’s market. I’ll admit, I was initially hesitant about working with Rocket Mortgage, but after this experience, I can confidently say that as long as James and his team are involved, I’ll be thrilled to partner with them again."

Now she might have had an edge on the competition because we have been BIG ROCKET FANS ever since we Refinanced our home 10 years ago and dropped our rate from 7.5% to 3.25%. But it is more than the rate drop. Somehow everything that Rocket does seems to go smoothly and without confusion. It is our opinion that Jenna was the Prime Mover (no pun intended) in this latest transaction. Then at the point when we were beginning the mortgage process in earnest we were assigned to Katlyn Hughes who became our go to Rocket Mortgage representative. Any mortgage process has many parts and can be lengthy. In addition to the expected elements that are dealt with, unexpected things arise that have to be addressed sometimes in a fairly short time frame in order to stay on track for the target closing date. Our refi was no exception. Katlyn was magnificent in assuaging our concerns and assisting us in completing all of the requirements in a very timely manner to allow us to achieve the target closing date. Katlyn was always quickly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with us in a pleasant, responsive and professional manner. We feel very fortunate to have had Katlyn as our ROCKET rep. Of course all of the ROCKET representatives we dealt with were also quite impressive."

She took so much time to speak with me about each and every step of the way towards being a first time home owner. Michele was so kind to go into detail in each of these steps, making sure I was understanding what she was telling me and that I had a grasp on everything she was explaining to me. She even went into the minutiae of so many options that I did not even know were available to me. She was far from overbearing and pushy. She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter. She is a true gem and someone that is rare in this world nowadays. In both cases he always exceeds my expectations, communicated all scenarios that would be available to me, and his due diligence provided me the Best of any scenario while keeping the numbers where I needed them to be. He's very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious. His customer skills are unlike many I've had to deal with since moving to SC although he's out of State. The process was seamless.
