From start to closing, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Assi and he made our refinance process pleasant and made us feel extremely secure. Mike Assi was most helpful and he made us feel like a valued customer. He made our refinance experience very simple and the whole process was done online and over the phone. Mike was professional, courteous, and sensitive to our financial concerns. Answers to our questions were clear and concise and conducted in a most professional manner. I had lots of questions even after writing down information and I would call or send an email and would get an immediate response which hadn't happened with a previous mortgage company. Heidi walked me through every stage of the mortgage, got me the information, told me where the paperwork was, emailed me a copy when I couldn't find the right form and made this loan easy. One smart loan officer. I recommend she gets a raise. Thank you for all your help."

He gave me the information I needed very clearly and explained everything in the best of layman's terms that he could. I couldn't have asked for better help. If you're looking for a quick close and have all the bases covered, Gary and his team are unmatched. As soon as I gave them the address for the home we were interested in, they took the name Rocket to the next level with impressively fast service to get the appraisal, survey and forms launched to completion. I'll be telling everyone I know that are looking to buy a home *first timers especially* that these are the folks to call. I seriously can't say Thank You enough!"
