He didn't know when I called that I was trying to refinance because the lender our mortgage had been sold to had horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a bill, and the best they could do was have their automatic system give us a call in five days. So yes, Joseph answering the phone, talking through all of my questions, calling back when our call got disconnected and setting us up with lower rate and payment all the while working late into a Friday night was a huge breath of fresh air. I'm going to give my mortgage payment to someone, so I absolutely prefer to give it to a company who hires someone like Joseph. So happy we switched to Rocket Mortgage and so glad Joseph picked up the phone! Great customer service!!!!"

"I have been trying to re-finance my mortgage on my house since 1012 when my divorce finalized. It always ended up that I didn't seem to have enough money to buy the house I've been paying the bills ...I have been trying to re-finance my mortgage on my house since 1012 when my divorce finalized. It always ended up that I didn't seem to have enough money to buy the house I've been paying the bills on since I bought it in 2010. I was very leary to even try again after being turned down over and over. Jamal was extremely positive and there is no way I would have even made it through this time without his support. When I signed the re-finance papers I had big tears. I still can't believe this is real. Thank you Rocket Mortgage. If you haven't figured it out yet, Jamal is a champion. Thank you, Jamal."

When other employees of Rocket Mortgage has contacted me about re-financing my loan, they looked at my credit and pretty much said they couldn’t help me. Dalton was different. He went the extra mile to find me a rare that would save me money, helped get me out of debt, and lowered my interest rate. For that, I am extremely grateful to Dalton for spending the time and doing the research to help me out. I am very much appreciative of his efforts and will call upon his services in the future when I purchase another home in the very near future. Dalton is a 5 star employee."

As first time homeowners and it being our first time re-financing, we were completely in the dark about the process. Hank was patient, efficient, and not only met but far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking to re-fi, look no further THIS IS THE WAY TO GO! We have friends who've gone through other avenues and struggled-it takes way long and is a headache process. Our experience couldn't have been different. It was truly EASY and we are still in awe at what re-financing with Hank did for our family financially. Best decision ever. Hank, we cannot thank you enough!"

My one issue was I wish it was thoroughly explained that I would have to mail payoffs to creditors. At my closing, I had some that were due early in the month and felt if I didn't pay I would incur late fees and credit may be affected. I also was not advised to keep current statements which had to be mailed with the checks. Most I've set up online payments which was a hassle to have to go online obtain a current statement and print. I just didn't know that was involved. Still otherwise, there were no surprises; everything went very smooth and I'm please."

He explained terms in plain language and guided me patiently through questions. Jeff and I initially started working with each other in May and got fairly far along in the process when I lost my primary job. He was understanding and kind about my need to cancel my application. I returned to him/Rocket Mortgage once I received my new job offer a few months later. Best decision. It was amazingly smooth and SO FAST. He gave an approximate timeline based on my ability to provide the necessary paperwork and closing happened just as he predicted. Very grateful to Jeff and the Rocket Mortage team who worked with me on my refinance. It feels like a wonderful fresh start as we close out this year and enter 2025."

Having my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage in the past, I wanted to give them a chance again because my past experience had been simply amazing. I called Rocket Mortgage and Nathan Cottrell answer the phone. That was two weeks ago and we are almost in the closing stage!!!! Nathan is nothing short of a magician! He is smart, courteous, patient, and will give you the best advice, one that will benefit you. There is no stupid questions for him. You ask, he answers in detail and in the most polite way. I knew that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was going to be a great one again, but having Nathan as my agent took it to another level. Are you looking to buy a house? Are you looking to refinance? HE IS YOUR GUY! PS. Every now and then, he calls unexpectedly just to make sure if everything is okay with the process and if you still have any questions..... I am telling you, HE IS THE MAN!!! It is nice to know/meet people that love what they do and that they are good at it."
