He didn't know when I called that I was trying to refinance because the lender our mortgage had been sold to had horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a bill, and the best they could do was have their automatic system give us a call in five days. So yes, Joseph answering the phone, talking through all of my questions, calling back when our call got disconnected and setting us up with lower rate and payment all the while working late into a Friday night was a huge breath of fresh air. I'm going to give my mortgage payment to someone, so I absolutely prefer to give it to a company who hires someone like Joseph. So happy we switched to Rocket Mortgage and so glad Joseph picked up the phone! Great customer service!!!!"

In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a ...OH Boy. I found a house and now I need a loan. When I called Rocket I was immediately put in touch with Melissa. In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a loan. I called several other loan folks. I'm sure they had successful careers in the used car business, but that approach didn't work for me. This house turned into a nine-way bidding war. She was able to give me not a prequalification, but a preapproval letter. I didn't get this house. It was three months before I found another. In that time, I was bombarded with calls from other lenders. Melissa kept in touch but in a friendly, infrequent and reassuring way. When I found the next house, it was perfect for me. I only called one person, and she got busy. In a matter of days, she had all of the heavy lifting done for this loan. We all know getting a loan is a paper chase. We made a good team and when she needed docs, I got it done right now because I was on a team. It wasn't a demand or order from High On. My loan was a small one. After we would talk, I hoped she would find a rich techie buying a million-dollar house. How could she spend such patient time with me? When I look back at buying this house, my thoughts will not be how I found it, how glad I was to get it, it will be how my friend Melissa pushed this through and got it done. Thank You My Friend."

He was able to guide me to the right gameplan and have a realistic goal set for my financial expectations. Whenever I had any changes or targets in mind he was able to crunch the numbers and tell me exactly where I'd fall with the given limitations. That made it easier to go with rocket vs another lender that didn't give me the confidence and streamlined experience I had with Bryan and Rocket. I wasn't sure exactly what house I wanted when I started looking in February but after doing some homework I had found and bought my house in about two weeks. I have great confidence that Bryan and Rocket will continue to help me on any changes or plans along the way."

From my first conversation with her, I could tell she was a very personable and relatable person and wanted my best interest at hand. Throughout our weekly conversations and text messages, it felt like I've known her for years. But here's the most awesome part. A house came up on the market shortly after we were preapproved and it checked 4 out of 5 boxes for us in what we were looking for in a home. The first day of the open house drew over 18 families alone and the sellers had multiple offers before even having the open house. So, we knew going in, we weren't going to go in with the highest offer and we also weren't the strongest buyers. I had told Azrael the night we submitted our offer, that we had already emotionally and mentally moved on because we knew offer wouldn't get accepted. However, Azreal had been working strategically behind the scenes with my agent as well as the sellers agent in getting this deal closed for us. 24 hours later, she broke the news that our offer had been accepted! We were in shock and still are. Even during escrow, she'd reach out to me weekly to check in on me. We know this deal wouldn't have happened if we didn't have her on our side and are so grateful she was the one who took my call when I called Rocket Mortgage. She has a lifetime client and I will be referring all my family and friends to her. Thanks again Azreal, Kelly and I are forever grateful to have you on our team in making our dream come true!"

When other employees of Rocket Mortgage has contacted me about re-financing my loan, they looked at my credit and pretty much said they couldn’t help me. Dalton was different. He went the extra mile to find me a rare that would save me money, helped get me out of debt, and lowered my interest rate. For that, I am extremely grateful to Dalton for spending the time and doing the research to help me out. My situation was a little out of the norm, Terry took the time to listen and worked the numbers out and laid them out into a plan so that in 9 years I will have the house paid off and I will be free to retire with internal peace knowing that I had a great plan and a backup if I need it. It is so refreshing to see someone take ownership of their job and certainly appear that the joy he gets from his job is the satisfaction that someone has a new place in home ownership be it thru 1st time home buying, 2nd time or refinancing. My one issue was I wish it was thoroughly explained that I would have to mail payoffs to creditors. At my closing, I had some that were due early in the month and felt if I didn't pay I would incur late fees and credit may be affected. I also was not advised to keep current statements which had to be mailed with the checks. Most I've set up online payments which was a hassle to have to go online obtain a current statement and print. I just didn't know that was involved. Still otherwise, there were no surprises; everything went very smooth and I'm please."

Their ...I definitely see why Rocket Mortgage wins awards hands down every year for their service. This has been the quickest and most enjoyable loan application/refi experience that I have ever had. Their digital portal allows you to upload all your docs quickly and it shows you progress on the process. Then their is Kyle (from Detroit) who made the process easy to understand and was great with his follow up. My own bank (Chase) could not even come close to the rate I received or the service level (and I have my current home mortgage with them). Why go with anybody other than Rocket Mortgage.....the process is as fast as a “rocket”"
