We now get to have a beautiful home for our family and I am not sure this would have been possible without you, you took the extra time that I needed and went over everything with me (even exploring apps that neither one of us we’re familiar with) 🤣 really don’t wanna do that again haha that sounds like it can be a Jim problem next time lol… but you made a very stressful place for me a lot more calm and we just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU!!!! in the future (as we spoke about refinancing when Jim’s credit goes back up lol) I hope it’s you and me against Jim’s information once again…. Staff members were all ...We started to seriously consider a refinance of our current mortgage on April 30. Virtually the entire transaction was done online or by phone. Document uploads were easy. Staff members were all knowledgeable and responsive either when e-mailing back or returning phone calls. There were three primary members involved: Tom was the mortgage banker who handled the initial application and he stayed in touch with us throughout the process. After the loan was underway, he handed off the paperwork collection to a processing specialist. Finally, a closing agent capped off the details at the end. When it came time for closing, we were on vacation and a notary was arranged to come to our condo that was 300 miles from home. Done deal on May 25. Old mortgage paid off before the June payment was due. New mortgage saves almost $200/month over the prior loan. Plus, they provided a credit of $3K toward closing costs while the loan shaved more than 1.25 points off our APR. We shopped around and told Tom what he needed to do to get our business. He delivered. "

After 2 months ...Cannot thank Chris enough for his patience and help through this process! We had tried a refinace with the company my mortgage was through previously and they made things so difficult. After 2 months of back and forth and no where near a closing date, I canceled my application with them and did a rocket mortgage inquiry. Chris contacted me the next day and I closed on my new loan within 3 weeks!! He was patient with me being a new mom and was flexible with when I could communicate. Having this refinance to consolidate some of our debt has been a HUGE relief for us and is helping us have a more successful future for our little guy. I know I told you directly, but thank you again Chris. You'll never fully understand the positive impact this has had on our lives"

We had some difficult things on my loan that became quite frustrating but Jacob was patient and always told me what was happening and saw everything through to the very end. Through the process, Ruben remained professional, informative, friendly, and very easy to talk with. He kept us in the loop and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Ruben scheduled, after office hours, time to go over information as it was the only convenient time for us. After, the banker part was finished, I continued to communicate with Ruben until we closed. We are pleased with how everything went and would request to work closely with Ruben again!"
