He went the extra mile to find me a rare that would save me money, helped get me out of debt, and lowered my interest rate. For that, I am extremely grateful to Dalton for spending the time and doing the research to help me out. From our very first conversation, Darryl exemplified what it means to be a true professional in the financial industry. He took the time to listen to our concerns with genuine kindness and empathy. After experiencing significant frustration with Chase Bank regarding our home equity loan application, my husband and I found ourselves in a challenging position. Chase had strung us along for far too long, and their delays left us with pressing time constraints due to an upcoming home project and overseas travel. Actually, the first time we spoke, I chewed him out for Rocket Calling me just because I had my credit report pulled for a car loan. But it was the best thing I ever did. My HELOC was climbing with the prime rates, OMG. I was just paying interest & the principal was never going down with those rates. Paul took the patience to calm me down. I was driving in "Beach" traffic & told him you have a captive audience while I am in my car- DAZZLE ME & he did. thank you"

On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I ...Julia was extremely helpful! She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. Julia obtained a FHA mortgage with the exact same information. The only downside to the entire deal was that my credit was checked within 2 weeks since the first deal and a second appraisal. Thanks to Julia and her knowledge and experience, I am very happy!"
