He has helped me "get my affairs in order." The patience he had with a "technology challenged" grandmother taking care of a two year daily was overwhelming! He guided me, waited on the phone with my bank, cheered me on, and helped me with a closing in such short order that I truly am amazed. My "out of control" is now manageable.
