Any time I had questions he was there for me. He always returned my phone calls promptly and never seemed to be bothered by them. If it wasn't in his department he found out where I should go. He has a wonderful personality without coming on too strong. From his initial contact with me he was honest and true to his word. He is a valuable employee to Rocket Mortgage. When recommending Rocket Mortgage to everyone I will also tell them to request Tony as their loan specialist."

Not to mention this was occurring with the start of the Covid pandemic in the background. We were ready to back out because of the initial anticipated cost but following my conversation with you we did not. What you said made sense-be patient and wait for the final closing statement. Your reassurance and support was critical in our decision to continue the process. I’m not sure what part you played directly but our loan cost ended up being about $2000.00 and we owed only approximately $30.00 at closing! It goes without saying that we were very pleased. You are excellent at what you do and the rest of the process was seamless. I would certainly highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to others and especially you. Thank you Paula a job well done."
