She went above and beyond helping me with all this on line technology. Never used the computer to apply for any type of loan. Menal with the patience of a saint, was able to get me to understand how to submit information, download, upload how to use a electronic signature. It was a challenge for me but with Menal's help we got through it. If I ever apply for a loan again I would want her. All the people involved in our loan process was very helpful."

I received a call from a Rocket Mortgage associate ...After partially completing the refinancing process with my current lender I decided I would be in a better place financially by not refinancing. I received a call from a Rocket Mortgage associate asking if he could answer any questions I had about the mortgage program. Shortly after speaking with him I agreed to be transferred to Doc. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had lots of questions which he answered promptly. He was able to offer a better refinancing rate and assist with debt consolidation. I feel like we will be in a great financial situation once my refinancing is complete. Doc is a wonderful asset to his company. I am so glad I took the time to speak with him."

After a few failed attempts to work on 2 separate loans ...Working with John was a very favorable experience. He is knowledgable and friendly and will do what needs to be done to get your loan closed. After a few failed attempts to work on 2 separate loans from other lenders who don't want to lend to a person with a civil service job, 800 credit score and a ton of equity in the properties being secured, John was the person to speak to. I wish I thought outside the box the first times around and went to Rocket Mortgage first. It would have saved me a lot of wasted time and money from the start! Thanks John and your team for all the hard work. "

I was cash-strapped, and making initial down ...When I first met James Weaver of Rocket Mortgage in search of a housing loan provider, I was pessimistic about the successful outcome of my pursuit. I was cash-strapped, and making initial down payment is characteristic of the home financing market. I felt that if, by any divine intervention, I stumble upon luck, the rollout would certainly be tortious and frustrating. But I was wrong. James proved himself to be a professional of depth and latitude, an all-weathered pilot ready to sail through any turbulence. His tolerance level was put to test when I rescinded my commitment to settle for a certain property following a devastating inspection report on said property. All that happened on the heels of a celebration, believing we had concluded a journey fraught with many challenges: the endless, and sometimes annoying paperwork, the back-to-back phone calls, etc. Through all of this, James remained engaged, persistent and unrelenting in his desire to help the needy. In a fleeting moment, James Weaver, a professional of enviable contents and charisma, secured a deal that today put a durable roof over the heads of me and my family.
