"Jay was referred to me as a lender by my buyer’s agents and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions ranging from credit checks to what each of the items listed on the estimates were- he was ...Jay was referred to me as a lender by my buyer’s agents and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions ranging from credit checks to what each of the items listed on the estimates were- he was able to talk me through everything and taught me so much using his vast experience and knowledge. Whether it was 8am or 8pm, he made himself available for calls whenever I needed clarification. After he pre-approved me, allowing me to make my offer, my parents wanted me to switch to their old lender and Jay was extremely professional and courteous about my decision and wished me the best, despite the hours of work he had already put in. One day before closing, the lender my parents had chosen fell through at the last minute and I was about to lose tens of thousands from my deposit. My agents and I reached out to Jay to see if he would be able to pull off a miracle, with an extreme time-crunch, and he absolutely did! He was involved in every step, from his role to reaching out to the underwriters and loan processing officers to make sure everything was completed as soon as possible. He worked side by side with my agents, communicating with them every step of the way, in order to allow me to have fewer responsibilities and less burden. His attitude was amazing throughout the process as well! My only regret was ever switching lenders, because Jay is the best choice to have and he is able to pull off the impossible. The great rate he secured for me was the least of the reasons for which I am grateful to Jay."

There was a team of people getting in touch with to help me with different documents. We were texting after hours which is unheard of. We closed in 5 weeks. Thank you Alan!"

With that we ...Ricardo is a very cool dude. Besides paying off my car loan one of my main goals is to install solar on my home. The main thing was that my home is a manufactured home installed in 1989. With that we had some frustrating issues with documentation. But Ricardo eased me through it. Not only taking care of the loan issues we had many great conversations. I would refer anyone to Ricardo not only for an equity loan as mine but a home loan. He takes the time to explain things in a manner anyone can understand. He also makes you feel comfortable with the loan process. My loan has closed, and I now have purchased most of my equipment for my solar. Which will save me around $500.00 per month off my electric bill."

She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator. The entire process went very smooth and I have the utmost confidence to recommend Rocket Mortgage and hope you get Brenda to assist you. She really knows her stuff and is great to work with.
