I’ve shared with other home owners and they were amazed how how quickly and smoothly this process was for me. She responded quickly, even on weekends and with a 3 hour time difference. HOWEVER, my concerns were set at ease when Brenda received my call. Brenda is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator. The entire process went very smooth and I have the utmost confidence to recommend Rocket Mortgage and hope you get Brenda to assist you. She really knows her stuff and is great to work with. We actually had an emergency about a week before closing and Brenda was able to get us the additional funds we need! Excellent!!"

He has a calm demeanor, very pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable. he gave me advice and I’d say within a week and a half my scores were all above 700!! Which put me into a different bracket and a more affordable APR I can’t thank Justin enough. conversation I had with him was pleasant. He always puts you at ease when you speak with him I’m older and not always easy to talk too! Justin listens takes his time to make sure that you understand everything.
