"I Donald Norvell having just went through a really bad experience with Loan Depot and their team of so called experts on home loans, 126 days of hell and they wanted to start the whole process over. ...I Donald Norvell having just went through a really bad experience with Loan Depot and their team of so called experts on home loans, 126 days of hell and they wanted to start the whole process over. they did not explain to me why however I wasn't going to spend anymore of my money to do what I already had spent on them .I was not going to even try to do this ever gain . MR. Andrew Johnson talked to me for about 3 to 5 minutes and I became very relaxed. I felt as if this person could help me .I gave Andrew a little information and he said he was going to call me back in a short while. Suprise as I was when he called me back whitin one hour he had a working plain for me .keep in mind that I was after a VA. loan,I spent less money with Rocket Mortgage and less paper work with Rocket Mortgage , ANDREW JOHNSON and his team completed the whole process in 26 days ,compared to Loan Depot 126 days without any results.I will recommend ANDREW and HIS TEAM ANY TIME,all of them was really greate too work with . We are both retired and just realized that we also retired our knowledge of today’s technology......not a pretty picture if you need to do anything on a computer. I really do not know how Steph managed to guide us through the process....he probably wonders himself. We took up much more of his time with continuing patience throughout. There’s no doubt that his professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughness makes him the best of the best! Anyone will feel confident with the first phone call!"

"We reviewed 3-4 lenders in the process of purchasing a condo in Hawai'i to be our permanent home. Toni found us a decent deal, however could have saved $3,000 using another banker with Rocket. I ...We reviewed 3-4 lenders in the process of purchasing a condo in Hawai'i to be our permanent home. Toni found us a decent deal, however could have saved $3,000 using another banker with Rocket. I turned down the less-expensive deal because of the professional courtesy, experience and kindness we received from Toni. She proved to be outstanding throughout the process. However, we were disappointed in Rocket in general. Once Toni passed us to other team members, Rocket's system caused much frustration. Simply put: Rocket staff are excellent. Rocket's heavy bureaucracy and redundant red-tape is less Rocket and more Rock. Thankfully Toni stepped in to help move our loan forward. The Rocket Rock cost us a week in unnecessary rent charges on what is now our former residence. Believe you also will be happy working with Toni. We're hoping Rocket streamlines their process going forward. Mahalo Toni ... look forward to visiting in Phoenix and visit us in Hawai'i soon! Much appreciated."

Long story short, my mother has lived in her home for ...Spencer Spencer Spencer, where do I start with how GRATEFUL, THANKFUL, and Amazing you are! Spencer was referred to my mother and I by a friend. Long story short, my mother has lived in her home for 17 years. In spring 2023 she almost lost it , due to unforseen circumstances. But, got it back by retaining a lawyer and fighting for it through the court system. In the end, she was able to stay in her home by hastily finding a new leander to buy her loan from the current leander, who she was fighting in court. At the time, she had no choice but to use a NON-CONVENTIONAL Leander called SWA homes, located in houston tx. The lowest rate swe homes could give her was 13.99% interest rate on her mortgage loan of 250,000... fast forward, June of 2024 I was introduced to Spencer by a very good friend who knew my story. Once officially connected with Spencer. he immediately dived in, researched, and dedicated a lot of time to get my mom out of that high interest rate. It took several weeks to get things in order because SWE homes took so long to respond to Spencer through the entire process ! But Spencer made it happen. Her case was extremely challenging because even though she had excellent credit, her income was very low... Spencer is the TRUTH and made everything possible for her to afford and stay in her home. He was able to get her loan changed and interest rate down to 7.35%. She went from 13.99% to 7.35%. He basically cut her interest rate in HALF. He can work with anyone in any state to arrange, organize, and coordinate a smooth process. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and welcomes all questions. He makes communication stress free, low anxiety, and wants to know all of your concerns. He offered an online closing process and arranged for a notary and title company personnel to meet you at a location of your choice (my home). I highly recommend and encourage you to call Spencer . You won’t find better loan specialists out there. He is dedicated to making things happen for families and for that I so appreciate him. I'm definitely calling Spencer when its time for me to refinance my own home, as soon as interest rates drop down to a reasonable amount, because my current rate is 5.25..Please reach out to him and give him a chance.
