"There are many Mortgage companies available to serve your needs, just as there are many Mortgage bankers, but there is a shinning star at Rocket Mortgage that stands out above them all in my opinion....There are many Mortgage companies available to serve your needs, just as there are many Mortgage bankers, but there is a shinning star at Rocket Mortgage that stands out above them all in my opinion. I don't want to disparage other companies or bankers but I have worked with many and they traveled narrowly down the same path to process my loan needs, but Ray Wilson is a banker unlike so many that is so knowledgeable, creative takes such an interest in your financial needs that you feel the confidence that the sometimes litigious loan process will be successful. It does not matter what special challenges you might have. Ray Wilson will navigate any obstacles you might think exists. She uses her knowledge and other resources to make the loan process a enjoyable no stress process. Do your finances a favor and contact Ray Wilson at Rocket Mortgage."

He was patient with me and my lack-of vernacular with ...Let me first say that this was the first time my wife and I attempted to refinance our mortgage. Anton was nothing but professional and friendly. He was patient with me and my lack-of vernacular with finances. He stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours walking me through all the paperwork and answering literally every question that popped into my head all the while having casual conversation to fill any awkward pauses. Point being - the whole process felt organic and I never felt "cheated" or rushed in anyway. Anton was clear and concise in what needed to happen and he always felt like he was on my side when figuring out costs. I highly recommend working with Anton and Rocket Mortgage."

When I had questions as the loan processing took place over the next couple of weeks, Tony was able to get me the information I needed to ensure that the costs coming through were no different than what we had discussed that first day we solidified the deal. Having that access to the consistent personnel throughout the process was very helpful."

He took the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever there was something he didn't know right away, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me promptly. He was also very responsive to my text messages, which was especially helpful when I wasn't able to talk on the phone. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Rocket, and Peter made the entire home-buying process much less stressful. He is hardworking, passionate about his job, knowledgeable, honest and caring. Even though we didn’t buy a very expensive home, he treated us like a top priority. I was talked into choosing a local bank over Rocket Mortgage by a realtor and family. I initially tried First Commonwealth bank and had a TERRIBLE experience. They lost me a 15,000 grant and the home I was suppose to close ok due to the loan officers incompetence. I found out a day before closing that closing was postponed. I wasted a weeks vacation that I took from work to move. Then after their mess up they made up lies about my credit report and tried to blame it on that. Defeated I almost bought an RV to live in with my family. I decided to try one last time and went back to Derek at Rocket. I just closed on my new home two days ago. The process was so easy and went smooth. I was supported by the team every step of the way. Derek even lent an ear to listen to my personal problems! He is ALWAYS working!! He deserves a raise and vacation! Anyway, being able to close so easily with Rocket showed me that First commonwealth lied to cover their mistake and their lie about my credit standing almost cost my family a home to call their own. Thank you Rocket Mortgage and especially Derek for making my dreams of being a homeowner a reality. I would recommend this bank to ANYONE. You can personally call me anytime if you have doubts! Derek has my number! Don’t believe the lie that local banks are better!"

She listened carefully to our goals, took the time to analyze a couple of options, and called ...We were fortunate to reach Kathy on our initial call seeking another Rocket Mortgage for a second home. She listened carefully to our goals, took the time to analyze a couple of options, and called back to explain the pros and cons of each. Once we selected the alternative right for us, she quickly described and collected the data necessary for the loan application. She advised us within a few days that we were credit approved, and then clearly explained the legal due diligence required for loan approval. That legal due diligence (tithe search, CCR analysis and status review, and appraisal) took longer than hoped (not Kathy’s fault), but thanks to foundation she prepared, it also was approved and the loan closed quickly thereafter. Kathy was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and professional, And she was largely responsible a successful result and two happy customers."
