We are both retired and just realized that we also retired our knowledge of today’s technology......not a pretty picture if you need to do anything on a computer. I really do not know how Steph managed to guide us through the process....he probably wonders himself. We took up much more of his time with continuing patience throughout. There’s no doubt that his professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughness makes him the best of the best! Anyone will feel confident with the first phone call!"

He contacted us on a regular basis so we would reduce our worrying. Our delay in sending this was due to the fact that Steve's Mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. All our time was centered around her. She passed away and then we were wrapped up in making funeral arrangements. There were many delays and we are exhausted from all the tension and stress. Dan was fantastic! He was very reassuring at a very difficult time. We have already recommended him to others. Hopefully we will hear other successful stories."

He was honest and straight forward, didn't give false hope but was encouraging to make it seem all was going to go well. I had my doubts but he kept things moving and alive, in the end I got pretty much what I needed. Wants were bigger than the need and he made sure to keep it in that range to met the need and not the wants that way I wouldn't struggle to keep up.
