We had ...From the first conversation with Steve, he was very thorough and made sure we had everything turned in we needed to begin the mortgage refinace process. This made the process so much easier!! We had conditional approval within hours and from there, we completed all tasks required on the portal. We are now just awaiting a closing date! Steve has been very knowledgeable and so very helpful throughout the process. I appreciate he would always check in with us to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. Highly recommend Steve to handle you loan needs!!!"

There was a ...Ashley was very friendly and helpful. We had a great start and towards the end we started having some issues. We understood that there is more than one person involved with these loans. There was a significant amount of money that was not going to be returned to us. After noticing this we quickly gave Ashley a call and she was promptly on it. This was our third time refinancing with this company and we had never had a problem like this before. On our closing date on our actual appointment they had forgotten to send us and the lady that was doing all the notary for our closing the documents for the closing. We started our appointment 45 min late due to this negligence. I understand this is all alot of work for them but, it is for us as well. I just would liked it to go a little smoother like previous times before. With all that being said. We appreciate all the work you did for us. Thank you!"

She is a very kind, considerate and honest professional, whom has spent countless hours and days helping me with this important decision. She isn’t pushy or impatient, instead she makes you feel at ease and works in more of a consultative manner. Throughout the two years, she has gone out of her way to get back with me about other matters that have come up. She has always been extremely prompt about getting back with me, and always finds a solution. I only refer others to her, because I know that she will take very great care of them too."

There were ZERO surprises with working with Mehmet and his team. They delivered on everything. The 1st time I used Charlie and Rocket I talked to a few differant people through the process and they were all fantastic ! This time I only started the process with Charlie and everything was done via the website except for closing day and signing the docs. Of course Charlie kept in contact with me via text or phone calls to update me and then to congratulate me on closing. I recommend Charlie and Rocket to everyone I know !"
