After we got our offer accepted, he fought for the best deal for us and helped us tlockdown our rate. The process was very smooth . Not only that but he was quick to refer me to the on staff credit team who was also very helpful in resolving some disputes I had on my report. Even when it turned out I couldn’t improve/reduce my monthly mortgage, Ray didn’t make me feel like it was a waste of his time…just courteous and efficient.
