We were on the phone a long time, and she assured me several times she'd stay on the phone as long as it took to complete the process to our mutual satisfaction. From our first conversation earlier this week to securing a complicated loan, Logan made this process an excellent experience. He was available at 7 AM to answer my questions and then worked well into the evening hours to accommodate my work schedule. Logan's emails were always prompt and clear. When I needed help accessing my account, Logan secured an expert to address the problem immediately. Logan conversed with my accountant when I had difficulty sending the required documents. Logan's knowledge is comprehensive and thorough. I am also pleased with the Rocket incentives that Logan shared, which further convinced me to go with your company. The seller wanted the proof of funds document quickly, and Logan successfully provided what I needed. Give Logan a raise!"

The 1st time I used Charlie and Rocket I talked to a few differant people through the process and they were all fantastic ! This time I only started the process with Charlie and everything was done via the website except for closing day and signing the docs. Of course Charlie kept in contact with me via text or phone calls to update me and then to congratulate me on closing. I recommend Charlie and Rocket to everyone I know !"

My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a number of times that they assumed incorrect positions. Also he helped upload a ton of my documents that I kept being asked to resubmit. Overall he made this easy it could have been a problem but this went quite well and If I do a loan with them again I hope I get Justin again. Thanks Justin. Should be 10 stars"
