My husband ...I have to admit that I was skeptical. My husband initiated the refinance process with a phone call. I was unhappy that he was giving out personal details with someone we do not know. My husband said that Nancy would be calling me. I immediately balked at talking to her - asking for proof that she was a legitimate agent. Nancy quickly directed me to a website that verified her outstanding credentials. Nancy was patient, kind, informed and worked very hard to help us through this process. Nancy provided us with a phone number where we could call her at any time for answers to questions and concerns we might have. My husband and I were pleased with the entire process dealing with Rocket Mortgage - even when the process went beyond the initial contact and we dealt with different representatives. We would recommend Nancy and Rocket Mortgage to our closest friends."

Jesse was very polite and I felt like he was looking out for me in my best interest regardless if I went with Rocket Mortgage or any other company. He also stayed working weekends to help me out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a better rate with Rocket Mortgage, but the fact that Jesse wasn't bitter about it and he told me that that was the best deal out there for me to take it shows a lot about him."

"Wow from the first moment we spoke on the phone Corbin was so positive in his ability to take care of our situation. 2 years prior I signed a loan for my son a new truck. At the time my credit score ...Wow from the first moment we spoke on the phone Corbin was so positive in his ability to take care of our situation. 2 years prior I signed a loan for my son a new truck. At the time my credit score was mid 700's. Soon after he was making late payments and ultimately defaulted on the loan. My credit plummeted to the mid 500's My wife and I struggled for 2 years to bring our score to low 600's. We had leased the home we purchased for 6 years. We were never late paying our rent. We built a great relationship with the homeowner. My wife loved the home and one day hoped we could purchase it. The owner called one day wanting to know if we thought we could get financed as she needed to sell the home. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage praying there may be a chance we could obtain financing. At 63 years of age I felt the odds were not in our favor. Corbin said hey I have you. This young professional kept his word. He worked for us like we were the only applicant Rocket had. Late night calls for more information and early morning calls with uplifting news. His relentless efforts put my wife and I at ease. I will not hesitate to recommend Corbin and his entire team at Rocket Mortgage to friends and family. Rocket you have a fighter and a winner on your team. His name is Corbin Cecchini...."
