She is very professional, patient and had some very creative ideas about my finances that ended up saving me over $1000 a month by paying off things that never would have occurred to me. She was always available to me whenever I had any questions. Cannot recommend her enough... she was a huge part of what made the entire refi experience so smooth and easy."

We hit a point where we couldn't get our phones to cooperate and Jen sent us to the support line who got us back up and running. This was later in the evening and yet Jen still took the time to help us work through our issues. I couldn't have been happier with the assistance we received from Jen."

She listened to me as I ...Well, I did an inquiry from Rocket Mortgage and was denied. A couple days past and received a call from Caroline. Let me first say she's amazing person and very good listener. She listened to me as I explained my situation and she wanted to help. Caroline started helping me with the approval process even though I was denied online, but she was able to come through and help me get the approval to purchase a house. She is outstanding with communication and people skills. Trust me when you think you don't stand a chance give Caroline a call, she works magic. I appreciate Caroline and highly recommend her especially when you are in a tough spot and don't think you can get approved. Caroline makes it happen and very experienced in this aspect. Can't thank here enough for her hard work."

The entirety of our home buying process was under tight deadlines and required some long nights to pull off. Mitch was always quick to respond, provided helpful advice, and was always someone we could rely on when we needed to move to the next step in the process. For example, at the very start we needed a preapproval letter from Rocket to submit our initial offer by end of day, and Mitch was answering our calls at 1030pm to get it done in time. Mitch was always a pleasure to talk to, as if I was calling a friend, and he took the time to get to know our family and delve into the house we were buying. (Mitch, come by for some bowling anytime!) I have already referred one colleague to Mitch and will continue to do so any chance I get. There were multiple times during our buying process where my wife, our agent, and I talked about how awesome Mitch is, especially compared to some of the folks working for competitors. Give this man a raise for his hard work, reliability, and dedication to getting things done!"

He stayed engaged with me every step of the process and frequently followed up to see how things were going. We sold our house at the beginning of July and got an offer accepted on a new house within a day. He has kept me informed, up to date, and educated on what needed to be done and when, and it went unbelievably smooth! THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!"

The whole thing was pretty quick. My only disappointment is with the last leg of the process. The whole thing should be electronic. To have to send out checks to the creditors when everything is electronic these days is a headache. Print statements somewhere. If I was less computer literate, it would have been a real headache. Otherwise, smooth process that helped me save some monthly income . I would recommend Chase."
