I had previously worked with banks as lenders, and the difference between them and Kyle is astounding. My path to purchasing a new home had so many moving parts, and he was always able to help them move along smoothly and quickly, and kept me in the loop instantly at every step of the way. So refreshing to be able to communicate via text, phone, email, at nearly any time of the week, and in a way that helped me understand everything. Plus, we closed in under three weeks. Legitimately can't beat that outside of a cash offer or some wild circumstances. I'd highly recommend Kyle to anybody looking to secure a loan, even if they aren't sure how to go about it. He makes it relatively painless (as much as borrowing vast amounts of money can be) and is a great guy to have in your corner. Big ol' double thumbs up from me! Thanks"

We had a couple of hick-ups with my income but after several discussions with Sarah and Matt, they were able to understand the situation to their satisfaction and got the final approval. I have tried with several other mortgage companies before Rocket Mortgage and they were a +20 above any other companies I had worked with in the past. KUDOs to Sarah and the entire team....great job!!!!"

From our very first conversation, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step, answered all my (many!) questions, and really made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed. What really stood out was his dedication to finding the best possible loan for my situation. He explored the multiple available options, clearly laid out the pros and cons of each, and ultimately secured my wife and I an amazing offer. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and he was always available to address any concerns that came up and answered my calls right away. I originally had plans to work with my local bank but wanted to see what other places could provide. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and care that Tera had. She really took the time to make sure it was right FOR ME and answered every single worry that I could think of. She delivered whenever she said she was going to do something, and quite frankly did the hand holding that I personally needed. She was able to find me the perfect program and actually ended up saving me quite a bit more on closing than I could find elsewhere. It was an easy decision to go with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! THANK YOU!"
