I ended up going with Rocket to purchase my first home and was paired with John to help the process and get me into a house. He was incredibly easy to work with and always made it seem as though he had my interests at heart and wanted to see me find a great home for a price and mortgage I could live with. I worried often about working with a company like Rocket and whether or not they would just see me as a number in their records, but John did not. John always stayed in communication if I had questions or concerns and promptly sorted all of them. He was continuously looking for ways to help and make sure we could land into the house we are in now when we were ready to move. I cannot say enough good things about him. 5 Rocketed Stars out of 5!"

I told Joseph the basics up front about a problem also with our old mortgage company giving us a negative mark to reflect 3 months late. I did have proof that it was paid and he worked with us patiently and professionally to get us from start to finish. I even kept jis name and number to talk to others in my family to refinance with him. He does VA along with every other type of mortgage! Our payment went from $719 to $410 which ALSO included our house insurance!! Thank you Joseph for helping us! Kathleen and Donald Williams, San Antonio, TX "
