We went through chad to buy our first house and refinanced with him... buying your first house is very confusing but he walked us through the entire process step by step, and made sure we understand everything... really liked the fact that he would go out of his way at all hours to answer any questions we had... he's a busy man but always find time to get back to us... he's really good a what he does! Knows the system very well. Chad has become a good friend of ours and will be going back when we sell and look for our forever home."

"If I could give DeAnn 10 stars I would. I have been trying to launch the process to assume the loan for my current mortgage as was specified in my divorce decree. I originally called Rocket on June ...If I could give DeAnn 10 stars I would. I have been trying to launch the process to assume the loan for my current mortgage as was specified in my divorce decree. I originally called Rocket on June 3 and have had no success in getting follow up when I realized there was no information in the email that was sent to me. It's now June 22 and, after an hour of trying to reach someone in the chat, trying to call in and getting complete runaround, I finally got to DeAnn. She was determined to help me find the right people and stayed on the call with me throughout each interaction (most of which still just people telling me they could not find my loan nor my info, but with no proactivity to help). She helped calm my nervous system, assured me she'd continue to help me find the information I needed, and was able to find and send me the document that was supposed to be sent June 3. While I'm still trying to get the right department to help me progress my issue, I feel comfortable now knowing I have DeAnn's number and a champion within Rocket. THIS is what customer service should look and feel like. What a superstar."

As a first time home loan buyer, Wyatt gave good advice, shared his expertise, and really was able to represent all angles on how we approached getting a home loan. We were talking to multiple loan providers including Bank of America, but Rocket Mortgage and especially Wyatt stood out to us. We got better information, considerations and attention from Wyatt than any of the other lenders we talked to. On top of all that, Wyatt was personable, funny and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking to a real person and not someone reading a script or following stale guidelines. We learned a lot from him and would highly recommend!"

He was always available to answer any questions, no matter the time of day. He worked after the usual 9-5 schedule, making sure all our questions were answered when the time was convenient to us. Having someone like Eric on your team is a great asset to any company. He was very friendly and made the process feel like less of a task and more like a choice we had. He never tried to push/force us to do things outside our comfort zone. The process was fast and carried no surprises. Thank you, Eric, for a job well done."
