It alerts you if you need to ...I began a VA mortgage application with Kalvin Kalen on October 4th, 2024. The process was relatively easy. Rocket has a web site which I registered for on that day. It alerts you if you need to complete a task. They also have a task bar which lets you know how the application is proceeding. In my case mine was a refinance to clear out a Heloc that got rather expensive and to take out some cash. From the 4th of October, application, to the closing date October 21st was just 17 days. Efficient and fast like a Rocket. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. A truly amazing process and the closing took place right on my lap top computer screen right from home. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. Kalvin Kalen you did a fine job putting it all together."

Jon was very can-do and he worked with us to get the numbers where we needed them to be. The communication was excellent and Jon was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are very glad we reached out to Rocket. Even after the loan closed, they were easy to get in touch with and answer questions. Had it not been for Jon, we would not have refinanced as quickly and easily as we did."

"I purchased my first home 43 years ago. All have had loans with the exception of one. JB went above and beyond in helping me. I consider him a piece of cat food in a sea of cats. What do I mean by that? He's One in a million! If I had a question, he would even answer me on his days off that's how dedicated he is to his clients. I felt truly overwhelmed since the last time I got a loan for a home within 2003. Things have changed dramatically. However he made it so easy for me and alleviated a lot of this anxiety that I was having. He looked long and hard to get me the best interest rate as well. If you are able to choose the loan officer that you work with, pick JB"

I say that because he’s incredibly dedicated to his work, and he makes a big difference in his profession. I recently went through the process of buying my first home. Cesar was always there to help me out. I can recall one occasion when I reached out via email on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about funding issues on a house prospect. I expected that he’d respond sometime on Monday. He responded within 15 minutes. I felt bad about it because everyone needs a break from work, but I was also very impressed. Moreover, he’d always make time to help me out when something came up despite having a very busy schedule that often leads into the late evening. Cesar always explained complicated issues in a way that made sense. I feel like I’m a more educated home buyer having listened to him. He always under-promised and over-delivered. That being said, he’ll let you know if it will work out, or not, to purchase a specific home. He worked well with my Real Estate Agent, and got me into my first home. I’m happy to say that Cesar bought his first home around the same time I bought mine, and I wish him well! I would certainly ask for Cesar by name for any future real estate purchases. :-)"
