This was later in the evening and yet Jen still took the time to help us work through our issues. I couldn't have been happier with the assistance we received from Jen."

I've had experiences with other Rocket Mortgage bankers and other lenders but Kevin's professionalism and expertise truly set him apart. I wish he was licensed in every state. I would never use another person again. Kevin's dedication is evident in his ability to make even his associates seem like amateurs in comparison. Who ever her boss is they need to take her out to lunch or a big beautiful dinner she so deserves iti can't say enough about her. I am still experiencing a problem with the creditor(Synchrony Bank). The check was sent via UPS Overnight on the 2nd of August and the bank said they have not received the check. I was notified by UPS that the check was delivered on the 5th of August, and the person who signed for the check. I have correspondence from the bank saying it could take up to 90 days for verification. Not good business in my opinion! ,"
