Her professionalism, patience, and knowledge made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. Most importantly, she helped us find the solution we needed and never made us feel pressured. We truly felt like she had our best interests in mind. It's hard to find someone who has the attention to detail that Kip has. He held our hand through every moment of the process and reassured us along the way. He was in constant contact with us and could not have asked for a better experience with Rocket Mortgage. Another thing I dont see often I could get him on the phone within the hour unless he is talking to another client he would text me and call me back as soon as he could."

From day 1, he was extremely honest and ethical. He always went above and beyond to help me through the very complicated and overwhelming process of buying a home. Not only did I feel that he was trustworthy, he was also just good at his job. He was extremely attentive and would always respond quickly, even outside of normal working hours. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. You can't go wrong by working with Alex Long!"
