Every question I had through text messages and emails, Ray Hammoud was there from start to finish. At one point, I stopped looking at houses, but he made sure I knew that when I found my home, he would be there to guide me through the process. Overall, my home loan experience went well, even though at times it was a little overwhelming. Like I said, Ray Hammoud always made sure I understood each step along the way. Thank you so much, Ray, for your patience, communication, and support. I’m big on customer service, and because of the experience I had, I will absolutely be referring Rocket Mortgage to future homebuyers. It alerts you if you need to ...I began a VA mortgage application with Kalvin Kalen on October 4th, 2024. The process was relatively easy. Rocket has a web site which I registered for on that day. It alerts you if you need to complete a task. They also have a task bar which lets you know how the application is proceeding. In my case mine was a refinance to clear out a Heloc that got rather expensive and to take out some cash. From the 4th of October, application, to the closing date October 21st was just 17 days. Efficient and fast like a Rocket. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. A truly amazing process and the closing took place right on my lap top computer screen right from home. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. Kalvin Kalen you did a fine job putting it all together."

He was never deterred by my skepticism that this would work out. But it did because of him. In the end things were pretty friendly. You could not get a better person to help you with your mortgage needs."
