It alerts you if you need to complete a task. They also have a task bar which lets you know how the application is proceeding. In my case mine was a refinance to clear out a Heloc that got rather expensive and to take out some cash. From the 4th of October, application, to the closing date October 21st was just 17 days. Efficient and fast like a Rocket. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. A truly amazing process and the closing took place right on my lap top computer screen right from home. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. Kalvin Kalen you did a fine job putting it all together."
