She created a working environment that was stress-free, and kept the process running smoothly from beginning to end. I am very happy that she was the person to work with us, as she was fantastic, and at the very end, she felt like family. In fact, I was sad to not speak to her when the loan was done, as we communicated nearly on a daily basis. She is truly an asset to her profession and to the Rocket Mortgage family. If cloning were available it would benefit every company to have someone as she. I expect her career to continue to take her to even greater heights and for her to prosper as she is truly an amazing person. We...My husband and I have been married for 46 years and have experienced multiple moves, mortgages, refinances, etc. Initially, I was hesitant to use a company outside of our banks and/or credit union. We began a refinance process with Rocket Mortgage and CLOSED only 3 weeks later! Amazing! The main reason for such a smooth, expedited refinance process was due to our incredible banker Jace! We was so clear, efficient, patient, professional and knowledgeable that we sailed through to closing from start to finish in 3 short weeks. We have NEVER had a real estate transaction process this quickly. Jace was a ROCKSTAR banker. If we need mortgage services in the future, we will definitely come back to Jace and Rocket Mortgage! Thanks to Jace, we are two VERY happy customers (and will be repeat customers if needed in the future!)."
