He didn’t hesitate or make us wait for an answer because he knew what to tell us from knowledge and experience. I worked in sales for years and was very careful about recommending my clients to others. They had to meet some high standards because I didn’t want to hurt my reputation by recommending the wrong people. I share this because I did send a note to top two real estate brokers in our area telling them that if someone was on the fence about what loan company to use to please share our information about how happy we were with Richie. I included his virtual business card as well. I hope he receives a lot of referrals because he earned them. Please acknowledge him for going the extra mile for us!"

He was ...Steven was the miracle that I didn't even know existed. Out of the blue he contacted me and I ordinarily don't listen to sales pitches, but there was something about him that was different. He was authentic and warm so for the first time in forever I listened to him. I would have never thought of refinancing my home to solve the financial problems that I was drowning in. He was the miracle, the answer, and the breath of fresh air that I needed. I felt that he would stand by me and patiently guide me through the process, which is exactly what he did. Of course, after I applied, I was bombarded with calls from every other lending institution in the area including the lender at my real estate office, but I was never influenced because I felt I needed to be loyal to Steven in the same way that he was loyal to me. He's a stellar individual and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He literally changed my life by bringing me peace and sanity at a very difficult time. I would have NEVER thought of a refi to solve my problems had it not been for Steven. I am very grateful and can't thank him enough. Since it had been several years and many changes to the process since then there were many questions. Richard never batted an eye, and was always quick to respond to our needs. Even when I didn’t know I needed to do something in a particular way he was there to guide us and keep the process moving. To anyone who is in need of this type of service, you owe it to yourself to have Richard be your guide. I dare say at my age this should be the last home we/I will need to purchase. But if that need changes there won’t be anyone else except Richard Saling that I would turn to. Richard is professional, but more than that he’s kind, caring and compassionate. Rocket has hit a home run with this guy! Five stars really aren’t enough."

As a first time home loan buyer, Wyatt gave good advice, shared his expertise, and really was able to represent all angles on how we approached getting a home loan. We were talking to multiple loan providers including Bank of America, but Rocket Mortgage and especially Wyatt stood out to us. We got better information, considerations and attention from Wyatt than any of the other lenders we talked to. On top of all that, Wyatt was personable, funny and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking to a real person and not someone reading a script or following stale guidelines. We learned a lot from him and would highly recommend!"
