Rocket Mortgage did everything virtually and only at closing did we need to sign in person a few documents as most were virtual as well. East process and took 20 days start to finish and could have been faster but my schedule pushed it out a few days. Very Happy customer thus far! Dominic explained Rocket’s down payment grant. With that grant I was able to pay a much lower down payment than expected. Dominic is friendly and professional. He and his Rocket team are excellent communicators. I always received quick replies and answers to all of my questions. They made the financial part of my home buying process easier than expected."
