Even though it is over the phone, I have a stronger business relationship with Alex than anyone at my bank of almost 40 years. Funny that the hometown personal experience came from several states away and over the phone. Thank you Lord and my angel Alex for a brighter and more comfortable future! Dominic explained Rocket’s down payment grant. With that grant I was able to pay a much lower down payment than expected. Dominic is friendly and professional. He and his Rocket team are excellent communicators. I always received quick replies and answers to all of my questions. They made the financial part of my home buying process easier than expected."
