I e moving finding the right agent finding the right property at the right price. But when it comes to lending, armando and his team have it knelt down. Armando exuded professionalism yet being personable, so that you feel comfortable and receive the knowledge that you need in order to close in time. Armando and his team keep you up-to-date. They contact you via phone email. And I've even received text messages to make sure that I received All the information that they were trying to give me. Armando has gone above and beyond. Not only is he super responsive to your questions. Phone calls emails, text messages. He is there. He is literally there holding your hand through the process to try to help. He will do anything to try to help you out within his power. He is an amazing wonder. I cannot say enough good things about him. Armando took the time to find grants that we would qualify for that. We didn't even know about Armando, kept us up-to-date and his team kept us up-to-date on everything. Armando, the services that I know of 2 states, he probably has more, but Arizona and Nevada, I would highly suggest you look Armando up. And his team, they make it really, really easy. Rocket mortgage has this nifty little app that not only keeps you up to date, but you're able to upload things as well. That is just an additional tool that helps you. But really, it's our mando that shines through and his team. So if you're looking for arizona or nevada, make sure that you look up armando with rocket mortgage, he is the best in the business. I say that because he’s incredibly dedicated to his work, and he makes a big difference in his profession. I recently went through the process of buying my first home. Cesar was always there to help me out. I can recall one occasion when I reached out via email on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about funding issues on a house prospect. I expected that he’d respond sometime on Monday. He responded within 15 minutes. I felt bad about it because everyone needs a break from work, but I was also very impressed. Moreover, he’d always make time to help me out when something came up despite having a very busy schedule that often leads into the late evening. Cesar always explained complicated issues in a way that made sense. I feel like I’m a more educated home buyer having listened to him. He always under-promised and over-delivered. That being said, he’ll let you know if it will work out, or not, to purchase a specific home. He worked well with my Real Estate Agent, and got me into my first home. I’m happy to say that Cesar bought his first home around the same time I bought mine, and I wish him well! I would certainly ask for Cesar by name for any future real estate purchases. :-)"

She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."

Took the time to break down the process or payment questions that we had. This is not the first time we look into a loan process and many other agents left us hanging when they couldn't answer a question, but not Jose, he took the time to help us understand the process and when he didn't know something, he told us, and followed up after getting the needed answers. Highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his work. We will definitely be recommending him with friends and family. Thank you, Jose!"
