Every question I had through text messages and emails, Ray Hammoud was there from start to finish. At one point, I stopped looking at houses, but he made sure I knew that when I found my home, he would be there to guide me through the process. Overall, my home loan experience went well, even though at times it was a little overwhelming. Like I said, Ray Hammoud always made sure I understood each step along the way. Thank you so much, Ray, for your patience, communication, and support. I’m big on customer service, and because of the experience I had, I will absolutely be referring Rocket Mortgage to future homebuyers. As a first-time homeowner, having someone who takes the time to explain things truly matters. Thank you again for helping make this journey possible."

Nick getting my account on a 3 way call and helping your team understand other docs needed made this process much easier for all involved . I was a little tentative at the start of the process but Josh was patient and very clear on what needed to be done. This was, by FAR, the easiest process I have ever gone through pertaining my home and mortgages. He called me when something was needed. He called me when we finished a step to let me know it was done and acceptable. There was nothing in this that was not covered by him and covered extremely well. People need to let Josh take care of them when it comes to something like a mortgage!!!! 10 Stars!!!!!"

Working with her has made the home buying process so seamless. First, you can tell that she is 100% invested in making sure you are taken care of. She is transparent, honest, kind, respectful, and will work so hard for you. She is extremely credible in her knowledge of the home buying market, interest rates, and financing for your home. Her communications skills are second to none and she will respond back in a timely manner via text or even call. I am a tough person to earn trust from and she won it over very quickly by her above and beyond efforts to help you. She even made time for us in person to go through every single number with you and what it means for you. She will keep you updated on interest rates as often as needed to give you the lowest rate possible. If I could have Shannon be my lender for every home I purchase for the rest of my life, the burden of home buying would be lifted from me immediately.
