Our conversation helped with the seller's the decision to take this offer over a second offer that was received on the property. When a road bump hit he quickly resolved the concern, communicated the resolution and continued staying on top of the process for an early closing. I found Brandon to be professional, pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful during the loan process. I will use Brandon for future loans based on this experience."

Well the rest is history. Right out of the gate we hit it off. I told him what I was looking for he took some notes and said he would get back to me. In the second phone call he reached out as a friend giving some advice as to the direction we should go. Well it was spot on , I never looked at our situation this way.
