We contacted her on a Friday with the need for a pre-approval letter to make an offer and she quickly was able to assist us with the process. She continued to assist us though the weekend to make sure we had all the necessary information so that our loan was processed and approved quickly. Jon was very can-do and he worked with us to get the numbers where we needed them to be. The communication was excellent and Jon was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are very glad we reached out to Rocket. Even after the loan closed, they were easy to get in touch with and answer questions. Had it not been for Jon, we would not have refinanced as quickly and easily as we did."

What do I mean by that? He's One in a million! If I had a question, he would even answer me on his days off that's how dedicated he is to his clients. I felt truly overwhelmed since the last time I got a loan for a home within 2003. Things have changed dramatically. However he made it so easy for me and alleviated a lot of this anxiety that I was having. He looked long and hard to get me the best interest rate as well. If you are able to choose the loan officer that you work with, pick JB"

Years prior to this purchase, I went through the devastating experience of foreclosure and the circumstances surrounding mine were equally heartbreaking. My fiancé as a small business owner had a variety of credit issues that when added to mine made our home buying process much more difficult. So much so that even our own bank that we dealt with denied our loan far in the underwriting process. Our realtor asked us to trust her as she recommended Leigh. We were weary from frustration and disappointment, but I’m so glad we said yes! I was completely overwhelmed yesterday with gratitude and relief that God really did restore everything I lost. Anyone I know who needs a loan, I’m sending them her way! ☺️"

I say that because he’s incredibly dedicated to his work, and he makes a big difference in his profession. I recently went through the process of buying my first home. Cesar was always there to help me out. I can recall one occasion when I reached out via email on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about funding issues on a house prospect. I expected that he’d respond sometime on Monday. He responded within 15 minutes. I felt bad about it because everyone needs a break from work, but I was also very impressed. Moreover, he’d always make time to help me out when something came up despite having a very busy schedule that often leads into the late evening. Cesar always explained complicated issues in a way that made sense. I feel like I’m a more educated home buyer having listened to him. He always under-promised and over-delivered. That being said, he’ll let you know if it will work out, or not, to purchase a specific home. He worked well with my Real Estate Agent, and got me into my first home. I’m happy to say that Cesar bought his first home around the same time I bought mine, and I wish him well! I would certainly ask for Cesar by name for any future real estate purchases. :-)"
