"My initial conversation with Hunter was only exploratory in nature. He was the first online, non-local, lender agent I spoke with. He did an excellent job answering all my questions and giving insight...My initial conversation with Hunter was only exploratory in nature. He was the first online, non-local, lender agent I spoke with. He did an excellent job answering all my questions and giving insight to certain details I was less familiar with. From there is he kept his word and was with me every step of the way. Over the next several weeks he would periodically check in and discuss the houses I had been viewing. He also made sure I was getting help from the local realtors. I was honestly surprised. I get that he is in the business of sales, but I appreciated his pace and compassion. Once I was dialed in on a house, I did check with multiple mortgage lenders and the options they offered. However, I felt loyalty to Hunter as he kept his word and nothing changed throughout the process. With all loan options somewhat similar, Hunter put in the work and earned my business. He connected me with a colleague of his that is the closing specialist, but still kept in touch to make sure I had everything I needed after we walked through the loan details, appraisal, inspection results/addendums, etc. The most important thing to me was the stress of this process was next to nothing. It made all the difference. Hunter is very disarming, and I mean that as an absolute compliment. Skilled at his job but really understands the importance of follow up and what that means to a customer. Extremely happy this experience."
