Brad was always just a phone call away and was working day and night for a week straight getting our closing done. When we said jump, brad said how high? Would highly recommend him going through him for your mortgage loans!"

My hesitation came from the fact that I am normally looking to work with local lenders and he was with Rocket Mortgage, which is a huge company. I was concerned that we will not have effective communication throughout the process, which is very important for me to be able to have a smooth experience for my clients. Boy, was I wrong? Spencer was on top of everything and I regularly received updates from him throughout the whole process. I would definitely consider Spencer as one of the top mortgage partner lenders on my list of recommendations when it comes to my clients, whether they are lookikng to buy or are an existing homeowner.
