"Ethan is an amazing agent to work with. He worked with me even late at night when I didn't get home till much after business hours. Also is great at explaining things quickly and also when needed more...Ethan is an amazing agent to work with. Also is great at explaining things quickly and also when needed more detailed when you dont quite understand. Another thing I dont see often I could get him on the phone within the hour unless he is talking to another client he would text me and call me back as soon as he could."

"Charlie was great for me, and I had a very complex situation. After Charlie part at the beginning ended, however if you follow your task and the new contact, he still helps me with question and errors...Charlie was great for me, and I had a very complex situation. I am very happy that she was the person to work with us, as she was fantastic, and at the very end, she felt like family. In fact, I was sad to not speak to her when the loan was done, as we communicated nearly on a daily basis. She is truly an asset to her profession and to the Rocket Mortgage family. If cloning were available it would benefit every company to have someone as she. I expect her career to continue to take her to even greater heights and for her to prosper as she is truly an amazing person. I came into my first home-buying experience expecting all lenders to be deceptive and self-serving, but that could not have been further from the way that Alex conducted himself. From day 1, he was extremely honest and ethical. He always went above and beyond to help me through the very complicated and overwhelming process of buying a home. Not only did I feel that he was trustworthy, he was also just good at his job. He was extremely attentive and would always respond quickly, even outside of normal working hours. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. You can't go wrong by working with Alex Long!"

It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe. I was brand new to the home buying process and when Joseph called me out of the blue offering to help, it was like Willy Wonka just handed me the golden ticket. I had a million and one questions that I’m sure I could have Googled the answer, but I would just wait to ask Joe. Honestly, I trusted him more! He explained everything in detail and was extremely patient through it all. Even as I went on through the process and worked with other Rocket Mortgage employees, I was often times redirected to Joe because he was just that knowledgeable! A coworker of mine was also in the process of buying a home and I recommended Rocket Mortgage. She reached out to them, but did not have the same experience and I told her, “Well, that’s because you didn’t have a Joe!” I can’t thank him enough for making our home buying process as stress-free as humanly possible. If I ever refinance, Joe will be my first call!"
