We were dealing with a builder for project that was delayed and it caused several “bumps” that he and the Rocket team worked through expertly! Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. The only “con” I can identify is that they rely on a “team” approach instead of one lead person and a possible assistant. The “team” added confusion as one issue caused five different people to call and ask the same question, until I got upset. Then they got everything straightened out. But I have been a loyal customer since they were known as “Quicken” and will remain so as they are very reliable and are on top of my mortgage and they don’t sell it."

"When we wanted a refi to pay credit debt, we were turned down by our credit until and a couple banks. Rocket Mortgage worked their magic and we were able to get the first refi. The rate was a bit ...When we wanted a refi to pay credit debt, we were turned down by our credit until and a couple banks. Rocket Mortgage worked their magic and we were able to get the first refi. The rate was a bit high, but we expected that, as our credit rating weren't that high. 3 months later, no credit debt! Karla reached out and asked if I'd be interested in a 2nd refi. My 1st impulse was NO. But Karla asked if we'd be interested if she could get my interest rate down to 6%, from 7.5%... Karla and Rocket Mortgage made it EASY!!! I'm so glad she reached out. Much of the necessary paperwork, they used from the first refi. Closing was done online, and we're saving $180 a month in mortgage payments. It's hilarious now... banks and lenders keep emailing and calling us now ... THANK YOU!"
