So, I’ll admit—I was a little hesitant when he told me he was joining the executive team at Rocket Mortgage Local. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a bigger brand behind him. Let me just say… I’m blown away. From day one, the process was seamless. My client was approved lightning fast, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I never had to chase updates or wonder where things stood—Chad’s communication was spot on. The loan was ready well before closing, and for once, we were the ones telling everyone else to catch up. Chad was amazing as always, and now with Rocket’s power behind him, it’s like having a luxury pit crew in your corner. Can’t wait to do the next deal!"

She was incredibly responsive to questions and requests - at any time of day, questions both big and small. She worked with us from the offer stage all the way through closing (along with the full rocket team) but really helped shepherd us to the finish line. She was upfront and transparent about the key financial information - mortgage rates/cash to close etc at all stages of the process. Rachna was wonderful to work with, highly recommended!"
