Charles was awesome, very knowledgeable, understood very quickly what we were trying to do and had solutions. I was concerned due to the timing whether or not we would close on time and Charles assured us it would be no problem. Not only did Charles have a solution for us, he was able to save us close to $28K! I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone purchasing a home and be sure to ask for Charles, he will put your mind at ease. Thank you again Charles, everything you said would happen did happen and we closed on time!"

He checks in with you 1-2x a day sometimes more. “Honestly” When it comes to loans and different programs Rocket may have, Muhammad is very knowledgeable in the area of getting approved for a loan and different programs to assist with a down payment and closing cost. If for any reason, you need help getting better credit scores…… Guess what? Muhammad can help you with that process as well. Muhammad is honestly an all-around good guy and you will not be disappointed. Muhammad was able to approve me when a previous lender said no. The representative, David Alton who made first contact was extremely helpful with information and recommendations about what would work best for us as we worked through the process. Once again, Rocket Mortgage company did an efficient job of gathering information through online service. But, equally important was the personal, informed, professional one-on-one help from David Alton. A great company needs great people. Rocket Mortgage has one with David Alton. I referred my daughter to him as well for a mortgage refinance and he has been kind enough to walk her through some options as well."
