"I want to start by saying that I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience I had with Nadine and The entire Rocket Mortgage team. A home that my husband and I had wanted ...I want to start by saying that I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience I had with Nadine and The entire Rocket Mortgage team. A home that my husband and I had wanted for a very long time presented itself over the Christmas and New year holidays. the seller wanted a fast, cash closing. We decided to call Rocket mortgage. Nadine had answered the phone and by the end of the day I had taken pictures of all the documents on my phone and sent them to her. We decided to take the cash out of our vacation home in NY state, where Nadine is also licensed. She had an appraiser there the in 5 days, appraisal back by 9, final paperwork was started, and settlement scheduled, all done over the holiday!! From the day I called to the day the funds were put into my account was 23 days! (Unbelievable, including weekends and holidays) The most impressive thing off all was the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved. You always get a live person that was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank You all"
