Michael made the entire experience so much easier. His professionalism, calm approach, and willingness to walk me through each step made a huge difference. Rocket Mortgage’s high‑tech system also streamlined everything, right through to closing with Helen Smith, who was excellent as well. I truly believe it’s worth staying with Rocket Mortgage because they continue to provide strong, reliable service just like they did for me. Before working with Michael, I was heading down the road of a line of credit, and there were plenty of sharks out there with difficult terms and conditions. Michael instead set me up with a mortgage equity loan that made everything straightforward and stress‑free. I did my homework and contacted multiple credit unions, regional and large lenders and no one could compete the rate and terms that Rafael offered. I even had other lenders ask me to send the rate details to see if they could compete and they could not! As important as a great rate was, the ease and comfort with dealing with Rafael and the entire online application process, couldn't have gone any better. I know exactly where I'm going for my next home purchase next year ;)"
