She hung in there through an ugly private sale that ultimately caved in ( the house foundation literally caved in and the sellers didn't want to fix). What at times looked near hopeless, she stayed resilient, stuck with us and now we are owners of the most beautiful house that has been completely remodeled. Jessica guided us throughout the process and made getting a mortgage so easy! She made sure we were in a place to get the best possible terms and went above and beyond at all times. Every new transaction has to start somewhere and normally it's with a simple phone call. When I got off the phone with Keilly after our initial call to discuss our clients home buying goals, I immediately told my buyer he will be working with the A Team! Keilly was extremely diligent and proactive throughout every aspect of the transaction, all the while provided continued knowledge and comfort to our client. We had a couple of major hiccups in the process that would cause a whole transaction to crash and burn, but not with Keilly at the wheel. She stuck in there, worked seamlessly with me and got our client to the closing table for his very first home. Communication is key for success in this industry and Keilly is a locksmith!! I look forward to any and every opportunity available to be able to work with a true professional like Keilly in the future."

All in all, I hardly had to do very much. It was a second mortgage so he already had most of my information and he used it to complete documents ahead of time as much as possible. This man could refinance my Monopoly house, underwrite my Lego castle, and still leave me feeling like I got VIP access to the world’s fanciest closing table. He explains mortgages so clearly I half expected him to start drawing charts in the sky like a TED Talk meets halftime show. He didn’t just earn my 'interest'… he compounded it daily ;). If all bankers were like him, we’d be out here camping overnight in sleeping bags just to be first in line for 'principal' advice. Rocket should stop calling itself a mortgage company and just admit it’s running a Connor fan club at this point. 11/10 would bank on him again. Would let him refinance my Amazon cart, cosign my Home Depot tab, and negotiate a fixed rate on my late-night trips to the gym. Honestly, if Connor ever offers to underwrite my Netflix subscription or emotional support pizza, I’m signing in blood. Seriously though, he is very sharp and I learned a lot. Thanks for following up with me to ensure I'm top of the new rates. Appreciate you!"

I was on the fence about my refinance, and he quoted me very competitive rates and fees. Initially, I thought he might be telling me something that just sounded good to hook me in, but the final numbers actually came out better than what he had quoted. He truly underpromised and overdelivered. Finally, he closed on my loan incredibly fast. From the first phone call to the final close, it took about four weeks. I would recommend Cameron to anyone!"
