Had great Customer Service skills and highly intelligent. Our loan had very difficult hurdles that he gracefully overcame. Went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were on track to get the closing. You cannot train the diligent work ethic Ignacio has. My mortgage had been flagged in the system for possible savings so Jawad reached out to me in November to see if he could help with some savings. At that time there wasn't an option for savings so he said he would continue to watch and would be back in touch. He contacted me again and was able to provide savings with a refinance this time. It is nice that there are still people that mean what they say. Jawad is very professional and very helpful, I definitely recommend working with him!"
