He was so patient with me as I was having some issues navigating the information he had online to share with me (I am not too good with electronics). He is obviously a smart person and he was able to guide me through the steps that allowed me to complete forms and send information to him. Alex never tried to rush me and he answered every question that I presented. He took a little bit of our time to share some personal information about himself with me as well, which made the atmosphere of our interaction very pleasant."
