He was so professional 2. Honest to a fault 3. Was kind and just a great human being! Although Rocket could not help me because they do not offer HELOC loans, I thought I would take the time and let others know that for 27min, Jason walked me through some other options not related to Rocket Mortgage, as their services could not help me. I really appreciated the help and knowledge he shared with me. We need more human beings like Jason in the world. He was ...Steven was the miracle that I didn't even know existed. Out of the blue he contacted me and I ordinarily don't listen to sales pitches, but there was something about him that was different. He was authentic and warm so for the first time in forever I listened to him. I would have never thought of refinancing my home to solve the financial problems that I was drowning in. He was the miracle, the answer, and the breath of fresh air that I needed. I felt that he would stand by me and patiently guide me through the process, which is exactly what he did. Of course, after I applied, I was bombarded with calls from every other lending institution in the area including the lender at my real estate office, but I was never influenced because I felt I needed to be loyal to Steven in the same way that he was loyal to me. He's a stellar individual and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He literally changed my life by bringing me peace and sanity at a very difficult time. I would have NEVER thought of a refi to solve my problems had it not been for Steven. I am very grateful and can't thank him enough.
