All in all, I hardly had to do very much. It was a second mortgage so he already had most of my information and he used it to complete documents ahead of time as much as possible. If I deal with Rocket Mortgage in the future, I'd be happy if Kevin, again, was the representative that was assigned to me. Thank you, Kevin, for making my part of the job extremely easy."

I would buy a home from her over and over again. She was always prompt on answering any questions I had and worked outside of normal hours to make sure my loan went through smoothly and on time. She even had my documents ready to go days before they needed to be. It was such a smooth process, I have already recommended her personally as well as Rocket Mortgage in general to work with for all home needs. I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Diane and Rocket Mortgage!! 10/10 and will use Rocket Mortgage for any and all future home buying and refinance needs.
