Years prior to this purchase, I went through the devastating experience of foreclosure and the circumstances surrounding mine were equally heartbreaking. My fiancé as a small business owner had a variety of credit issues that when added to mine made our home buying process much more difficult. So much so that even our own bank that we dealt with denied our loan far in the underwriting process. Our realtor asked us to trust her as she recommended Leigh. We were weary from frustration and disappointment, but I’m so glad we said yes! I was completely overwhelmed yesterday with gratitude and relief that God really did restore everything I lost. Anyone I know who needs a loan, I’m sending them her way! ☺️"

I was inquiring about my HELOAN and seeing it was beneficial to refinance it ...Maisee was awesome! I remembered when I called rocket just to ask a few questions, it was Maisee that answered the call. I was inquiring about my HELOAN and seeing it was beneficial to refinance it to a lower term. She gave me two different scenarios and we agreed upon reducing my current 20 year loan to a 10 year loan. She saved me approximately seven years of my loan. If anybody gets a chance to work with her, you will not be disappointed. A+.!"
