We were warned by several people to watch out for hidden charges and there were none. In fact, he came through on all of his promises. We went through 4 different lenders before we settled on Luke. We had a special situation since my husband is from a different country and we had specific requests regarding international law related to our payments. At multiple points he found creative solutions for that as well. We really appreciate how thorough he was and can’t thank him enough for all of his efforts! If you’re looking for a lender..look no further!"

First off, my realtor negotiated a 3 year interest rate buy down from my builder when my husband I purchased our new build almost 3 years ago. I first connected with Mason in the fourth quarter of 2024 to explore refinancing my home loan. Unfortunately, at the time, we couldn't find a product or interest rate that fit my situation. Despite that, Mason stayed in touch and consistently checked in to see if the market had shifted in my favor.
