When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. He explained how I could also take advantage of the increased equity in my home and eliminate several home improvement loans I'm paying off. It was the right time for me to do this and I began the application process. Arif was there from beginning to end made sure I was kept aware of how it was proceeding. Amazingly, I was able to close in a little over three weeks. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly this was accomplished. My sincere thanks to Arif for all his hard work to make this happen."

The entirety of our home buying process was under tight deadlines and required some long nights to pull off. Mitch was always quick to respond, provided helpful advice, and was always someone we could rely on when we needed to move to the next step in the process. For example, at the very start we needed a preapproval letter from Rocket to submit our initial offer by end of day, and Mitch was answering our calls at 1030pm to get it done in time. Mitch was always a pleasure to talk to, as if I was calling a friend, and he took the time to get to know our family and delve into the house we were buying. (Mitch, come by for some bowling anytime!) I have already referred one colleague to Mitch and will continue to do so any chance I get. There were multiple times during our buying process where my wife, our agent, and I talked about how awesome Mitch is, especially compared to some of the folks working for competitors. Give this man a raise for his hard work, reliability, and dedication to getting things done!"
