"I was on line with Rocket Mortgage, after a while, I asked the AI Bot if I could speak with a human. The response was, I am a person. So at 1:20am on a Saturday morning, I met Kisha. We talked like ...I was on line with Rocket Mortgage, after a while, I asked the AI Bot if I could speak with a human. The response was, I am a person. So at 1:20am on a Saturday morning, I met Kisha. We talked like old friends, business and mortgages for about 40 minutes. Being late, I asked her to put some scenarios together and call the next day, or me call her. We spoke that next evening, and she asked me to look everything over, if I like something, fine, if not, part as friends. For about 2 plus weeks Kisha carved out a spectacular mtg. Then I wanted money back, she changed it. T g en I changed my mind back to the original loan. Kisha is a person of calm, a people person, multi-tasking, and a driven worker who is the most comfortable broker I have worked with. In a couple of years, I see Manager for her. My Mortgage company, quoted me $15.5K on a refinance 30 years, higher payment. Rocket, Kisha told me I would start at the years owed, less monthly payments and my closing was a few hundred dollars more than a fourth, 1/4 of $15.5, of what my mtg company was charging for closing. So folks, Miss Kisha Daniel's is Thee finest person at this company. All on a fluke, we met, and a friendship also happened. Next time rates drop, I know who to call. Brooke was truly a blessing to us, she went above and beyond to make things happen for us. From the time we applied for the loan till the end at closing it went so smooth and perfect. Brooke was on top of everything and so professional. She was able to answer all our questions. While other mortgage companies stop work around 5:00, not Brooke she was helping us late at night and she would do anything to help others. Here is my advice to others don’t waste your time with other lenders contact Brooke I promise you that you will be glad you did. She works late evenings and weekends too. I was amazed at how she made us a priority and she had our best interest in mind on everything. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Rocket Mortgage and the wonderful Brooke."

"I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and ...I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and everything went quick and easy I did have him to redo the numbers but other than that I've never had a closing on a refi go so easy I thought it was going to be very complicated and it wasn't I pre-signed everything the day of in the morning and in the afternoon we closed and it took under 30 minutes and it was just easy I would recommend rocket mortgage to anybody that wants to buy their first home or refinance thanks for making our life a lot easier Michael and Alicia Nantze"
