I don't want to disparage other companies or bankers but I have worked with many and they traveled narrowly down the same path to process my loan needs, but Ray Wilson is a banker unlike so many that is so knowledgeable, creative takes such an interest in your financial needs that you feel the confidence that the sometimes litigious loan process will be successful. It does not matter what special challenges you might have. Ray Wilson will navigate any obstacles you might think exists. Garrett was asked to changed course after the first potential property fell through and he became even more determined to help us , even though we had to start all over again!! The process was extremely challenging, due to poor credit and crazy market demand , yet he never once felt we couldn’t get it done. And as we proceeded through the process there always seemed to be one new challenge after another, yet Garrett maintained his professionalism and guided us through so that the process would stay on track with the anticipated closing day. And as closing day arrived, with only I day left before closing, new hurdles presented themselves and Garrett took it upon himself to ensure that this deal was not going to fall apart. On 7-20-22 we closed, as scheduled, on my daughters first home. It cannot be understated enough how this deal would have not happened if it was not for Garrett.. please know the rocket has a very determined and always professional employee that takes the journey of home ownership very personal, no matter what circumstances present them selves. We are very grateful for the energy and commitment that Garrett brought to this process. We will be forever grateful. Thank you Garrett for the unbelievable work you were able to do."
