She was right there every time to assure I was on track and on time for the closing date. Nour even answered questions my daughter had to help ease worried minds!! I was brand new to the home buying process and when Joseph called me out of the blue offering to help, it was like Willy Wonka just handed me the golden ticket. I had a million and one questions that I’m sure I could have Googled the answer, but I would just wait to ask Joe. Honestly, I trusted him more! He explained everything in detail and was extremely patient through it all. Even as I went on through the process and worked with other Rocket Mortgage employees, I was often times redirected to Joe because he was just that knowledgeable! A coworker of mine was also in the process of buying a home and I recommended Rocket Mortgage. She reached out to them, but did not have the same experience and I told her, “Well, that’s because you didn’t have a Joe!” I can’t thank him enough for making our home buying process as stress-free as humanly possible. If I ever refinance, Joe will be my first call!"
