The process...I applied for a home equity loan through Rocket Mortgage and was contacted immediately by Connor Goetz. Conner was polite,thorough and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The process was not without some issues. At one point there was a problem with debt to income ratio that I felt was not correct. Conner went through the debts owed line by line and we found that under writing had used a much higher monthly payment on one item than the actual payment. He facilitated the correction and we were able to obtain the loan we were looking for. All in all, my dealings with Conner were enjoyable and professional. I would refer anybody looking for a home loan to contact Connor goetz. Sincerely Scott White."

I would buy a home from her over and over again. She was always prompt on answering any questions I had and worked outside of normal hours to make sure my loan went through smoothly and on time. She even had my documents ready to go days before they needed to be. It was such a smooth process, I have already recommended her personally as well as Rocket Mortgage in general to work with for all home needs. I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Diane and Rocket Mortgage!! 10/10 and will use Rocket Mortgage for any and all future home buying and refinance needs.
