He was a whiz with numbers and framed things in a way that put him in the category of trusted advisor vs someone trying to sell a loan. He took the time to get to know and understand our financial goals, priorities, and preferences and respected what we were trying to accomplish by honoring those goals with everything he suggested. Rocket's portal and processes were pretty seamless and we would use them again."
