She was incredibly responsive to questions and requests - at any time of day, questions both big and small. She worked with us from the offer stage all the way through closing (along with the full rocket team) but really helped shepherd us to the finish line. She was upfront and transparent about the key financial information - mortgage rates/cash to close etc at all stages of the process. Rachna was wonderful to work with, highly recommended!"

Well, before talking to him, there was action in my Rocket acct that I thought was the proposal from Ben so I ignored...I was pretty suspicious when Ben called but agreed to talk to him on the next day. Well, before talking to him, there was action in my Rocket acct that I thought was the proposal from Ben so I ignored when he called, he left a voicemail. The voicemail was intriguing so I did call him on the next day and BAM! So happy I did. Ben put together a plan that was wonderful. We went with him, closed about three weeks later. Ben kept at it until he got my attention, that is a great quality."
