Since it had been several years and many changes to the process since then there were many questions. Richard never batted an eye, and was always quick to respond to our needs. Even when I didn’t know I needed to do something in a particular way he was there to guide us and keep the process moving. To anyone who is in need of this type of service, you owe it to yourself to have Richard be your guide. I dare say at my age this should be the last home we/I will need to purchase. But if that need changes there won’t be anyone else except Richard Saling that I would turn to. Richard is professional, but more than that he’s kind, caring and compassionate. Rocket has hit a home run with this guy! Five stars really aren’t enough."
